Worst customer service in history. Highly unorganized to the point where they towed my car from my own space. Won’t own up to a mistake even though it was their own fault. Will report to the better business bureau. Try to avoid any apartment complexes that use their pathetic excuse of a company.

Worst company ever. I spoke with a man named Rob (employee id 454). After i made the first call he recommended I check my lease which I promptly did. I called back to ask some more questions to see if they even knew what they were talking about and all I got was a very rude man (Rob) talking to me as if I was in elementary school. Way to go PNS on the customer service. I than proceeded to ask him what page of the contract that the parking part was on. He didnt know and was getting defensive and trying to push me away from that topic. I proceeded to ask why as a company that was contracted for an apartment complex he didnt know where he came into the fold??? I mean seriously why wouldn’t you know every detail about your companies agreements? I then was told to stop interrupting in the middle of speaking to him. Then he hung up on him because i asked if he was lying to me? I mean seriously man how old are you? This place definitely needs to get looked into and I will most definitely contact my base’s legal service to review the contract, the company and the reason why someone would be so rude to a customer. Unacceptable!!!
Im more irritated at the fact that i was spoken to with contempt and no respect than I am about the impound but seriously at $ 365 I am beyond upset.

My HOA recently started using them as a parking enforcement agency, however, they did not respond to numerous emails or phone calls when I tried to contact them in order to register my vehicles.
After the owner FINALLY called, he was extremely rude and uncooperative, and claimed that he had not received any of my voicemails or emails. I still have not been able to register my vehicles!
The reviews are all true, and I WILL be registering a complaint to my HOA about this company.

I am a tenant at Rosina Vista Apartments and Parking Network Solutions are the parking authority for the complex. I was given a fine for parking in a «visitor’s» parking space and I am a resident. There is a lack of communication between the apartment complex, residence and the parking company. The reason why I had to park in the visitor’s parking spot is due to my visitor being handicapped. There are no handicapped parking spots close to my building for my handicapped guess so I allowed my guess to park in front of my home with my residence parking pass and I had no other choice but to park in the visitor’s parking space with the visitor’s pass. I was given a fine for «no permit seen», which clearly it was in the car and in the picture that was taken by «Parking Network Solutions», I guess someone couldn’t see. I tried speaking with «John» but didn’t get anywhere. «John» stated to speak with the front desk of the apartment complex to fix the situation, which I did. The front office spoke to «John», stated that he did not clearly explain the parking information to us as new tenants and the handicapped situation and «John» stated that I had to pay the fine. What were we supposed to do, there were no handicapped accommodations and we did not exceed our parking permits. It is sad that even after explaining the reasoning why we had to park in visitors they did not care. Parking Network Solutions even went as far as stating that we parked at the visitor’s spot often when we just moved into the apartment complex and we don’t have visitor’s often. This company is out for one thing and that is to make money regardless of any situation. And if you are handicapped, save your reasoning, they don’t care!

PNS is a racket because they have a corporate deal with Archstone Apartment Complex’s (if you live at Archstone you are forced to use PNS)
PNS provides no added features to parking, provides no prevention of parking abuse, and does not prevent theft.
PNS only checks parking conditions once a month at 11pm-​1am looking for people not registered (i.e. they are just looking for racketeering money)
PNS threatens to boot/​tow cars at a 2^nd or 3^rd offense. The city of LA doesn’t tow cars unless your parked in anti-​grid lock zone. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a car booted by the city of LA in 10+ years.

only good thing about the website is you can by-​pass the «Resident Terms of Agreement» by following the link to «Register-​Resident» — «Page 2 Registration».
even clicking the «no» checkbox on their website saying you don’t agree to the terms takes you to the registration page. I’ve never seen a business be so stupid as to make it so that their Terms were not legally enforceable.

I just wanted to post an update in case anyone monitors this company’s Unilocal profile. I never did hear from this company again, but 10 months later there is little change in the enforcement.
The car parts that I mentioned in December of 2011? Yep, they’re still there. The exact same drum brakes in the exact same place.
The non-​operational vehicle is still in the same place, though now the tires are flat and there is a little more dust.
People still don’t park in their assigned spaces, and the police had to take another report of robbed vehicles two weeks ago.

GOOD LUCK getting these people to return your call. Their machine says all calls will be returned «promptly». Really? After FOUR messages left over the course of three weeks, no returned calls.
I think their whole operation is a bit shady anyway. Ticketing people in their own spaces at their apartment homes? Nice.
