My specialty is negotiating office leases for small to mid-​size companies with their commercial real estate needs thoughout Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

I handle anything from relocating, expanding, downsizing, subletting, landlord related issues, operating expenses and lease audit, etc. I know all the games the landlords play, their «profit center» and where they take advantage of the tenants. By making the landlords compete for my clients business and drive the rental rates down to obtain the most aggressive deal for my clients.

All of my fees are paid by the LANDLORD, never by the tenant.

Business Owner

Ron started working in commercial real estate in 2000. Exclusively representing companies with their commerial real estate needs.

After gradulating from CSU of Dominguez Hill, Ron landed a job working as a fraud anaylst for Air Touch Cellular, then moved on to Sprint PCS before getting into real estate. Ron learn about customer service and what it takes to keep his clients happy while in the telecom industry.

In 2000, Ron started his commercial real estate career as an apprenticeship for a small local real estate firm where he learned all about commercial real estate business.

2003, Ron joined Curtis & Associates and became the top producing agent in his office.
