History

Established in 2010.

Business partners Eric Huerta and Corey Pandentis were introduced by a mutual business acquaintance in 2010. From Fresno, Ca. Corey’s family had been in the meat industry over 20 years owning and operating their own processing plant, eventually expanding their operation to supplying the five-star restaurant chefs of Las Vegas. With his passion for fitness through health and nutrition in mind, Eric always looked for higher quality, healthy products to offer at reasonable prices through his wholesale meat distribution company he started in 2010, something that the competition didn’t offer. After meeting, Eric and Corey realized they shared similar goals and their blend of backgrounds and experiences helped forge the perfect partnership. They share a commitment to unparalleled quality and customer service. From farm to fitness, Meats2U has been the merging of two families’ expertise and desire to bring the best quality beef, chicken, seafood, pork and turkey right to your door.

Eric Huerta is a graduate of Chapman University in Orange County, CA with a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. From a Chapman football athlete to a sponsored bodybuilder, Eric continues today as a fitness consultant, pursuing and sharing his passion for fitness through nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. Knowing the importance of quality protein as a component of overall health and fitness, he began his business in wholesale meat distribution in 2010. It took only one complaint for him to realize the importance of offering not just a better quality product than the competition, but the best quality product… period.

I joined a weight loss gym last month, and they suggested Meats2U. At first I didn’t really think too much of it, I was thinking I can by meat anywhere. But since the working out early every morning, then work all day. All I want to do is come home and relax. I hate doing my grocery shopping during the weekdays. And this month, February, my weekends has been super busy, so I haven’t had the time to properly go shopping for food.
One day they were doing free shipping and I decided why not. I ordered the seafood and turkey meatballs. The seafood came with tilapia, ahi tuna, and mahi. I’ve only made the tilapia. I must say, it’s probably the best tilapia I’ve ever had. Better than other frozen tilapia at stores. It has a lot of meat and a good size for my protein intake. I tried the turkey meatballs next, it was delicious. I like to cut it up in pieces and put it in a bed of spinach. So yummy.
I just placed my second order. This time I ordered the chicken breasts and another bag of tilapia. Can’t wait to try the chicken breasts. It comes pre-seasoned.
Shipping was fast and prompt. It was nicely packaged and no damages to the outside box. Friendly customer service. Thanks to everyone at Meats2u. It definitely saved me a lot of time too.

The healthy quality and taste of both the fish and poultry I purchased were quite pleasing. The seasoned flavors were light and airy leaving me wanting more! (however, have to wait until the next day :-))

Meats2u has never failed me! I enjoy ordering from this little gem and as a peacatarian fresh fish, inexpensive fish is a MUST! I can order from Costco, but I’ll end up with fish that is frozen with water and thaws brown… This NEVER happens with my meats2u orders. I usually order a month’s worth of seafood and spend under $ 200. I’m really digging the seasoned tilapia right now and the face that it only takes 10minutes MAX to cook makes my meal prepping that much easier.
Food packaging is very delicate and well packaged and it though shipping starts b at $ 15, is worth every penny because delivery is similar to Amazon prime, it takes two or three days and then it’s on your door step.

I’m a member & former challenger at Results Transformation center in the Sacramento area. My meal prep was an arduous task & the food I was preparing was dry & bland until I found Meats2u. I’ve now been eating their wonderful seasoned chicken breasts 2 times a day for the last 4 months or so & they are moist & delicious & even though I’ve been eating chicken 2 meals a day for so long it’s still yummy! My meal prep time has been reduced enormously as they cook great on my George Foreman grill. I could not be more pleased with the products that I have had from Meats2U. I am on an extreme fitness challenge and their products are exactly the perfect match to what this program demands. Healthy, AND tasty. The spices that they use on their chicken and ground poultry are incredible. I don’t have to add ANYTHING! Imagine… healthy ground poultry that doesn’t taste like cardboard! I recently started the lose 20 lbs six week challenge where I was introduced to Meats2U. At first, I thought the staff was just trying to push the product to their clients, which I can expect as this is a business. I figured, of course, they will say wonderful things about this product. After 2 weeks of meal prepping, I was a little burned out of what I was cooking for myself, so I decided to purchase a package from Meats2U. I purchased their ground poultry package. All I can say was YUM! It was not only great tasting, but super juicy. I was so over my extremely dry ground turkey and this was by far the best tasting ground turkey/chicken I have had. I was now looking forward to my meals and knew the rest of this challenge would be so much better. Not only is it great quality, cage and hormone free poultry, but it is seasoned perfectly. Takes all the guess work out of having to prepare my own protein. I can’t wait to try their other items. I have heard nothing but how great everything tastes. It also added much credibility to the staff at the gym when they said it was a really great quality product. Definitely not a sales pitch. I know I will keep on getting their meats for the rest of my family now. It will become a staple in our home– and a healthy one at that!

If you want to eat clean and are a busy person, definitely give Meats2U a try! I recommend them because not only do I enjoy their meats but so does my family. Quality — Healthiest, tastiest unadulterated meat I’ve ever had!
Taste — Best I’ve ever tasted. I have never really been much of a meat person until now. I love the chicken breasts, tilapia and turkey patties. I especially like the pre-seasoned ones. I love all the seasoning flavors; however, Cajun and House blend are my absolute faves!
Cost — Hey, I’m worth it! Aren’t you?
Ease — Meal prep is a snap. I’m a commuter with very little time to spare. I love being able to have yummy meat ready to eat in about 15 minutes.
Shipping — They pack it really well. My deliveries are still mostly frozen even though I’m not available to receive it until about 7pm.
Customer Service — The most responsive I’ve found anywhere! I appreciate
the human factor.

These guys are awesome! Great customer service! I had a duh moment when I unpacked my meats that I thought I had received the wrong order. I contact Meats2u to let them know. Unfortunately I got a recording and left a voicemail. To my surprise, Eric contacted me directly letting me know that they would send me a new package and refund me what I had paid. He was ready to step up to the plate and take care of me. Luckily, I realized it was probably my mistake and had them hold off.
The meat is delicious! Very high quality, no extra water is pumped into the meats to add weight. Lemon pepper is my favorite! I know that I will never have to shop around again looking for the best prices. They definitely give you what you pay for.
Convenient, fast, delicious, friendly! You don’t need anything else from a food delivery company!

I‘m currently doing a weight loss challenge and have been using Meats2u.
This team gets everything right.
Quality meat. I know when I go buy my chicken and meal prep it for days in advance I end up eating dry meat that I dread heating up. ALL of the meats2u products stay juicy, and taste delicious. Not only that, but talk about EASY to cook!!! I don’t have to leave my meats in warm water all day anymore, or worry about forgetting to leave it out. I can take out my meat, get some water on it for just around 12 minutes or so, and bam! Ready to cook — which only takes minutes as well.
Customer service is also top notch — you can chat with them while you are processing your order, and ask them anything, and they answer it to make sure you know what to do with your food.
Overall, a worthwhile purchase for a great product!!!
