Horrible service. Shop at your own risk at this over priced pretentious store!!! My 15 year old daughter saved up her own money to buy her big brother a 50.00 tee shirt from this store. After two washings as instructed the black trim on the white tee bled all over the white. There are black spots and smudges all over the tee shirt. When I took it back to see if they would let me exchange for something else I was told NO. Granted I did not have the receipt however they had record of the purchase and the date my daughter purchased it. Unbelievable they would not offer any type of credit or exchange. As a business owner you should stand by your product and work with your suppliers if there is a problem. Not make your customer lose their money. The customer is clearly not a priority here. Never shopping here again. I love the Lab and the other shops here. I’ll just keep shopping at Urban Outfitters since they actually want your business.

Stopped by this boutique for the first time. I was picking up a birthday gift for my dear friend who is not really good at choosing his own clothes but has a body to possibly pull off almost anything. Didn’t expect much from this store at first, but browsing their stuff, I started realizing that the clothes I was looking at were actually pretty slick.
I’m familiar with men’s fashion brands, but I’ve never heard of theirs. But with the design and style they offer, you can coordinate from street styles to GQ. You don’t have to wear John V to be sexy and attractive. Every man has the potential to be an eye candy; just bring a little spice from a boutique like this and add to your wardrobe. Not difficult, no, not at all.
By the way, I also found a stunning cocktail dress here. Didn’t have time to try it on, but now I have a reason to come back.

i got 2 items a shirt and a awesome light weight trench from a brand called «Wolf & Man» great prices for great aesthetic, i thought at first this was going to cost me a load, but turns out it was super fair price. definitely going back for more shorts.

Lobby is like a hidden gem. They always have unique pieces in store, however I feel like certain items (women’s wear specifically) are priced too high for what they are worth or how they are designed. Men’s wear is always fashion forward, has great quality, and worth the price, something that i feel women’s wear can take into consideration. To top off, they always have great service; the employees have a great sense style and were always available to help put together outfits when i came in. I always find myself coming back!

Great store small but they carry cool independent labels. I bought a Wolfandman light jacket had awesome details. I support independent labels that aren’t corporate so this boutique is perfect.

The clothes are hit or miss here… but the one star is for the terrible service. When I walked in the store it was empty but for the saleswoman and her friend. They spent the entire time chatting about personal matters and shopping for themselves. I felt extremely uncomfortable, like I had walked into someone’s dressing room. The brunette (who eventually stepped behind the counter) didn’t even make eye contact, much less greet me or offer assistance… although she did eye me over as I was leaving. I guess that’s something?

It’s depressing that this place isn’t ever busy. The men’s clothing here is unique and different from the shops in SCP or Fashion Island (except MAYBE American Rag Cie). This place is a awesome, check it out.

LOBBY IS AMAZING!!! I actaully live in San Francisco and travel consistently so I don’t have time to go shopping, but then I met KIM, SHE’S AMAZING!!! KIM works there and all I have to do is call her up, and tell her what I’m look I’m looking for like: casual, lunchin, concert, cocktail, dinners, summer, fall… whatever it is KIM CAN GET YOU WHAT YOU WANT!!! She puts everything together including accessories!!! The accessories at Lobby are GREAT they even use local designers so you know that your getting stuff that not many people have!!! She knows my style very well and I LOVE ALL THE STUFF she finds for me at Lobby! She’s my own personal shopper!
She gets everything shipped and out to me within only a day or two!!!
Lobby is a great store and make sure to ask for KIM, she has GREAT FASHION SENSE and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We were on our way to dinner Saturday at Habana and noticed a new shop right next door. They were having a grand opening and had some great music and appetizers. The Lobby has men and women’s clothing, accessories, and other unique items. We checked it out and loved the unusual presentation and displays… good place to find that gift for the special person on your list.
