Thomas, the owner, has been in the industry for several years before opening Infinity Pools and has personally been involved with the growth of Infinity Pools. We began as a pool maintenance company, and with a construction background, Thomas was able to achieve not only in getting a CA license D-​35, but also C-​53. I was very happy with the work done by Infinity Pools. I am a repeat customer, about two years ago I used them to do a repaint job on my artificial rock work around my pool. It turned out great and the price was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received. When it came time to do a replaster of my pool I called Thomas and again the price was reasonable. Everything was done when he said it would be and the job was completed on time. Charla was a big help from the office in setting things up and communicating. I even got to meet Charla when Thomas came out to restart the pool after everything was complete. Was very happy with Infinity both times I used them.

Condescending and what a rip off!!!
I sent around emails to a few vendors and asked for fee estimates. This is the only place that gave me a hard time that the house is not under my name yet. The sales rep said she will charge me $ 150 just to do an estimate because she is not sure how likely it is that I will actually do the project. How dare she says that! Doubting if your customer is serious and insulting a potential customer?
All other vendors gave me their estimates and didn’t make a ridiculous statement like this. Talking to this company was like talking to a brick wall. The person did not even understand what I was asking and insisted whatever she wanted.

Thomas and Charla are wonderful to work with, and so is the rest of their crew. They just finished our pool/​deck remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Their crew is friendly, thorough, and when they were finished, my whole yard (even the sections they weren’t working on!) were cleaner than when they started. So glad I found Infinity and chose them for this job. Will definitely use them again if another project arises, and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys!

TOP NOTCH experience with Infinity Pools. Thomas is on it! He gave me a reasonable estimate only for me to realize it truly was money well spent.
Originally I wanted only my hardscape/​rocks repaired and painted, but was talked into a complete pool replaster as well. I was hesitant at first with the added cost, but Thomas went into full detail as to why a pool replaster would be much needed. He gave me the option of both scenarios with an «A la carte» invoice. Never felt pressured.
Infinity workers did exactly that when on site and Thomas always returned my phone calls/​messages.
Can’t say enough! I would highly recommend Infinity Pools.

Thomas and his crew were great! There customer service and follow thru were very much appreciated! You don’t see that kind of commitment in construction from what I have seen. We looked at getting pool quotes throughs several different companies. Infinity Pools was the best by far. Charla and Thomas were so easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their crew did a fantastic job on our backyard. We did a complete pool remodel and added a bbq island area. If you are looking for good reliable work, go with infinity pools for your pool needs. I had roots coming through my spa tiles so I called Infinity Pools and Charla said Thomas could stop by that evening to give me a quote. He said it was a simple fix (it looked very complicated to me) and he sent his crew out a few days later. They not only fixed the tiles that were coming off the spa wall, they cleaned the tiles and my pool is back to 100% I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful customer relations, expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend them. They are top notch.

Ah the joys of home pools, this is our first one and while demoing our deck we noticed wet soil around the pool. We had a company come out and pressure test the system and do the dye tests, they basically documented a crack that I pointed out to them prior to the visit (review to come later). When we received the report we knew that we had to get a second opinion.
I asked a co-​worker who owns a pool, and my wife checked Unilocal,both recommended Infinity pools so I setup an appointment. Thomas came out and took one look at the pool and started going over things we may encounter when we drain the pool, like how to prioritize the worst ones (they still leak, but from the ground INTO the pool) and the fact that we were missing a dedicated return line among other things.
We drained the pool and much to our dismay we found a massive 12′ crack that was completely missed by the first company, oh and this one leaked into the pool for days. Once the crack dried up the crew came out and stitched the crack with massive steel staples, then did the finished work of matching the PebbleTec as best they could since our was quite a few years old and faded. They also cleaned up after themselves without being told to, which you would think would be a no-​brainer, but a lot of contractors these days are so sloppy.
Fast forward a few weeks and my neighbor is having Thomas down to do his pool (based on my experience), AND I’m having Thomas back to do some things that were on hold due to a couple of concrete slabs not being there anymore giving him full access to the pool.

Infinity Pools did an amazing job on my Moms pool. I called 7 pool contractors and only 3 actually ever called me back. We went with Infinity. Thomas, Charla and the crew were exceptional. The repairs were completed quickly, we were keep informed of work progress, there was no mess. Everything was done on time, questions were answered immediately and the results were wonderful.
Our pool was completed in the 60’s and when we bought the home we had not done many repairs over the years so it needed new plaster, tile, drains and coping. After the work Infinity has done it looks like a new pool. I would highly recommend Infinity. Very happy with the results.

The Infinity pool team did an amazing Repair and restoration for us. Our pool tiles were beyond cleaning, and the crew used a compressor to bring back the original look of the tile and the grout, removing all the discoloration. Our pool light developed an electrical short that no one could figure out. A section of our flagstone had to be removed, the cover up, and replacement stone and grout was undetectable after the repair.
Thomas and his team rewired our pool light, and we are back to night swims :). The light repair, tile restoration, and clean up were professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend

Thomas and his guys sure brightened up my backyard spa. The spa is original to the home from 1978, and was just was old looking. End result was a full re-​plaster and new glass tile that looks incredible. Also corrected a constant leak in the spa that is now gone. Great work, great price, great service!

My parents wanted to redo their pool because they were looking into selling their home and thought the value of it increase if they redid the pool. I asked around for referrals but eventually decided to go to Unilocal for suggestions. I called around a few places including Infinity Pools. Thomas answered and was very friendly and accommodating. He came by the next day and give us an estimate on resurfacing their pool. The service price was very reasonable and my parents were extremely pleased with his work. I highly recommend Infinity Pools!

Thank you Thomas and your crew! You guys did a fabulous job acid washing our 15 year old pool which was caked with algae and grime as well as cleaning the tile and making repairs. Our new variable speed pool pump works wonderful and the sandblasting of our concrete pool deck has eliminated slippery falls! Thomas, Charla, and the entire Infinity team are fantastic to deal with. They built me a pool and backyard oasis from the ground up that looks like it came straight from a magazine! Dealing with a family oriented business like Infinity was a breath of freah air. Thomas gets it for sure. I never heard him say no, and in the rare case where we encountered an issue, Thomas ALWAYS handled it to our satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for Infinity, and would and have reccomended them to anyone who needs pool or backyard work done. Do yourself a favor, don’t mess around with the chain pool companies who say they care about you, but don’t. Hire Infinity, you WILL NOT be sorry.

My experience with Infinity pool started with the 3 estimates I received from different contractors, all were all about the same as far as cost but Infinity stood out with a solid estimate, the others were very vague as to the work that was to be done, the others had a lot of gray areas for additional cost where Infinity spelled out project cost and put dollar amounts on other work I might consider. when the workers started my project they went right to work, I was very impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail I normally watch contractors doing work at my house and always have to say something about the work being done to make corrections, the crew with Infinity didn’t need that, they did my work correctly and neatly, I am very impressed with the crew and the job they did, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO DO YOUR PROJECT.

Thomas and his crew took care of a pool and spa problem for us here in Huntington Beach and we could not be happier. From the bid to the completion we were kept in the loop as to what was necessary and the estimated timeline. They even came back when we found that there was a small drainage issue after the concrete pour. Easy to get a hold of and work with, any question we had was answered within 24 hours of asking. We hired Infintiy Pools to repair our blocked and leaking spa lines and install a new heater and blower system.
The work was done well and at a very fair price. The concrete work performed to replace the parts that were demolished to reach the lines was done very well and matched the older parts of the pool deck. Getting Thomas on the phone might be tough because he is out in the field working, but his trusted partner Charla has always been able to respond quickly and work with Thomas to get you the answers you need. I have recommended Infinity to several of my neighbors already.
