Impact Digital Graphics

I was referred to Carlos from a co-​worker, who had worked with him on some wall decals. I needed decals for a model home project so I reached out to him via email with what I needed, and the date I needed it by. I told him I could pick up the decals if it would help expedite the process. He said that was ample time and he would have a proof for me to approve within a few days. About a week later, I follow up and he says it’ll be just another day or two. Another week passes, still nothing. I follow up again, he says another day or two once more…
Then, it was the deadline I gave him. I called, no answer. His friend or associate calls me and leaves a voicemail on my office phone after I was gone for the day. He says he may be able to assist me. Okay, great. I call his friend back the next day and leave three voicemails, and he also does not respond. I’ve called Carlos today, still nothing.
So now I am here, the weekend before I leave to install this project with no decals and no time to have anyone else assist me. What upsets me is being lied to. He said it was enough time and kept telling me it would be «another day or two», when obviously he had nothing finished. Being in the design field, I understand having more on your plate than you can handle and being a human I understand life happens and situations come up that are more important than work. But what upsets me is false information and NO communication. If he just told me he was over booked or had an emergency that prohibited him to complete the decals I could have enacted a plan B. But now it’s too late. I will not attempt to use his services again.

Big thanks to Carlos! Just moved into a new place and to save time, money, and mess I decided to have vinyl stripes applied to my wall rather then painting it! It’s absolutely perfect! He even installed the stripes the morning of my move so by the time I got to my new place with movers he had already finished! Took less than 2 hours and it was perfectly installed, also brought comfort to my landlord because they know the cleanup will be quick and easy when we move out! I highly recommend using Carlos, he is super quick, affordable and passionate about what he does, Thanks again!

Things started out well enough. I called and told Carlos what I needed done. He said that he took photos of the windows to make a design for the lettering and my logo. I called again after a few days and he said that I should Email any particular wording and my logo to him. About a week after I had emailed that to him, I still hadn’t heard back from him. I called twice more to find out when he would have a design ready. He never returned my calls. At that point it seemed like a bad sign to move forward.
I’m disappointed with my experience with Impact Digital… This ate up a couple of weeks of my time and I’m starting over with a different sign company!

Carlos is the man. I’ve had him do several decals for my business inside and on the outside window front. He always responds quickly with a mock-​up and quote and does a fantastic job on the installs as well.
Anytime I need decal work or any other advertising visuals I will be only be going to him.

We had Carlos make a sign for us, and although there was a scheduling conflict, we found him to be very accommodating. Carlos does great work, cares about his reputation, and is the only person we will use for any signage we need in the future!

I adore Carlos! I found him via google when I was totally in a bind with a vinyl project and he’s been my dude ever since! I work in a high-​stress, quick-​turnaround industry and he rolls with the punches like it’s no sweat. I am so thankful for a reliable, trustworthy vendor that actually drives my work to ME [more than I could ask for, for sure]! His work is consistent, he’s communicative, and he’s competitively priced. Who could ask for more? We’ve done several projects with him at this point and have yet to be disappointed. Definitely worthy of a phone call!

I recently opened a hair salon and had my grand opening party last week. I needed some signs printed literally the day of the party and didn’t know where to go. I checked Office Depot but their pricing was outrageous. A friend of mine who owns a boutique in Costa Mesa said to try her guy, Carlos. In desperation, I called him. Not only was he able to print my signs immediately, he even delivered them to my party! In addition, he was far more reasonably priced than any other printer I researched. I will use Carlos for all of my printing needs from here on out. He’s amazing. Oh, and by the way, the signs turned out PERFECT!

Unilocal has done it again! I have found my printing guy by using the good ol Unilocal!From the start Carlos was amazing! I called him on a Saturday (and i think he was closed and still answered the phone) and explained what my needs where and BAMM!!! by Sat at night I had an email with a draft of what I was looking for. We made some adjustments and by Tuesday I had the window decals ready to install!
I would highly recommend Impact Digital Graphics (Carlos) to any one looking for any printing work.

Carlos came in, spoke with me — came back with graphics and best bid around and just so pleasant and acted quickly! I am MORE than Happy with the result, the efficiency and look of my Large Awning! I hired him to come back and add signage to my Hair Studio — and again… acted quickly and with a wonderful attitude. I really don’t review many things — but I had to take the time and give him kudos for a job well done. The service from graphic to customer service was excellent.

Carlos has been very reliable about details, timelines & always understanding about our needs. Very cool guy and very easy to work with, any vinyl work we need, will immediately go to this guy, thanx again for everything.
