This restaurant is by far the cleanest ihop I’ve ever been into. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even when it started to get really busy. You can tell that the employees here care about their establishment and work hard to keep a great rapport with their customers. The food had also come out very quick and our server, Jesus, was a pleasure. Ignore the bad reviews on here, I promise you won’t be disappointed with this IHOP!

Worst service ever… Worst customer service ever. The waitress did not smile. She sent a different waitress to take out order. The busboy seemed mad he didn’t smile once… he was upset when he brought our drinks back. After we paid he never said thank you. Worst customer service. Never coming back to this place…

Never do I ever write bad reviews on some one or a place, but this IHOP has the rudest dumbest staff ever. From the very moment of walking in the host grabs two menus and seats us at the table, never did he greet us make eye contact or say a word he walked away before we even sat down. The busser was nice asked what we wanted to drink he brings out our drinks and my boyfriend accidentally spills water then the busser says«really man in an irritated way» after the waitress named Andrea or Adriana was her name says«are you ready to order» never greeted us once. I asked for my eggs country scram, she comes back minutes later and says«what are country scram eggs» of course that wasn’t a big deal she wanted to know and I appreciate that except for the fact she couldn’t tell us that«country scram eggs» are not allowed to be made. I had to taste the nasty boxed egg to know it wasn’t made the way I asked. I ask Andrea or Adriana whatever her name is about it and she says«oh I’m sorry we’re not allowed to make them that way» IHOP is a breakfast place how in the hell can you not make country scram? Also why would you not let me know that it can’t be made that way and just bring the food out like that? The food wasn’t what made me give this 1 star but the fact that this place has imbecile employees that should definitely not be in the hospitality industry. I’m a waitress in Las Vegas and know what good and bad service is. ANDREA/ADRIANA and her co workers suck!

Came here against better judgment because of a serious desire for pancakes and the location was convenient in respect to my apartment. No problem or wait getting a table however the wait for getting food was quite lengthy. The sounds of clinking silverware and loud hum of other guest was overwhelming especially with the lack of any music. Babies crying added to my increasingly growing frustration. I understand babies crying and loud guest are out of restaurants control however it was a factor in my poor experience. When asked for a side of tortillas they were so crunchy they seemed more like a tortilla chips. The main courses were overly salty and bland. The situation came to a head when I went to use the restroom and noticed an awful smell. Once sitting down I became really bothered by the smell and started to look around. Right next to me, and behind me, puke was splattered all along the wall intoxicating me with disgust and poor sanitation. I wanted to throw up the crummy food I had just ate. For the rest of the afternoon I was left with a stomach ache while the images of puke splatters and stomach acid haunted my brain. Overall terrible experience… Sickening experience. I’d rather eat my left arm then be subjected to such a dining experience once more.

I’ve only eaten from IHOP once before today. On the weekends I work my 2nd job at 5AM. Was in the mood for pancakes but at 4AM my options are limited. Used Unilocal to find an IHOP near my jobsite. Best part about it was that it was 24 hours. So I stop by and ordered a short stack to go. That’s some good pancake. The price is reasonable. About a $ 1 more than the place I usually go for pancakes. There was only about 3 – 5 customers in there at the time. Wait time was about 7 minutes. Which is fine because that means it’s made to order. Only interacted with the girl at the register who took my order. She seem friendly enough. Pancake, service was good enough to visit again. Hell, probably tomorrow morning.

I’ve never experienced horrible customer service at a ihop location until this one. Our server was absolutely rude! Giving is attitude with every response and slamming plate done when our food came out. When my husband ask to order something else she looked at him so annoyed as if it wasn’t her job as a server to take orders! Never coming to this location again and neither should you!

As much as I love pancakes I’m sometimes put off at eating here merely because they let a smelly filthy transient camp out at the entrance on the bench. It’s disgusting and makes me think about safety. It also looks horrible for business. I recommend coming in the morning or afternoons to avoid the eyesore and to save you’re sense of smell.

Food is good. Customer service is bad. Server didn’t sit us until 30 minutes after we got here. After they took forever to get our order. This is a bad ihop. It was the night shift. There is literally only 5 people in here. And there is 4 staff that is outside, not counting the kitchen. I’m not a satisfied customer.

The 5 stars are for Pedro, Ana, or Edward. Anyone else is cranky and rude. My personal favorite dish is the chocolate chip pancakes. Chocolate batter AND chocolate chips inside?! A chocolate lovers dream If you’re not about the cocoa life then they have really good French toast. Another good option is my boyfriend’s favorite: the Colorado omelette, comes packed with different meats and you get to pick a side. Also, you can never go wrong with their plain and simple buttermilk pancakes! Try them with the boysenberry(or at other locations, the butter pecan) syrup, sooo good! Plus, this one is open 24 hours! *bonus*

Just finished having a late breakfast here with my friend and our server adriana had the absolute most unwelcoming attitude, like i get it if your having a bad day but a smile goes a long way, i work in customer service and i know the key to customer satisfaction is smiling 90% of the time. We did not recieve one thank you from her at all when ordering our food she was just staring at us as if she wanted us to hurry up and talk faster she seems very impatient and just overall unhappy, the food was decent but the service needs some work.

Service was great. But when i checked my bank account i was over chargerd $ 70.06. Wth our bill was $ 90.06 and i wrote cash $ 70.06 on receipt and $ 20 on my card and come to find out they charged my card twice $ 20 and $ 70.06 wth did the waitress think we tipped her $ 70.06plus left her another $ 17 at the table??? Called Monday. I wasnt even mad i know mistakes happen but really they only returned $ 20 so now i am getting mad i called again on Tuesday explained how they messed up again. And the assistant manager just said sorry i was like ok. I just want my money so now Wednesday and they never put the rest of my money back. Im so mad at this place for not being able to resolve the problem correctly

Went to the ihop in costa mesa on harbor. Sent the eggs back to have them cooked a little more and this was what they sent out. Cut all up like little tiny pieces of confetti. The cook was talking very loud to another coworker about what he did and said, «who comes in a orders a large group in the middle of the night? Only fat people. I dont have time to make all that!» Yes, we had 7 people, but only had a soup, 3 breakfast plates and a bowel of icream. Not hard at all.

Service at this place is really great. Staff members are clean, respectful and very professional. The installation is always clean and even though in the weekend morning Los is always busy, the wait does not go over 15 minutes. It is a great place to eat. Love it!

I had a craving for pancakes at 1 am, so first went to Denny’s down the street from IHOP. The place was so noisy and unwelcoming that I headed down Harbor a little further to IHOP. First thing I noticed when I walked in the the freezing temperature! I rarely get cold, but I felt like I was in a meat locker. I ordered a short stack and 2 eggs over easy. The waitress asked me an odd question: «Are you sure that you don’t want them over medium»? WTF? I said NO, easy. The eggs came almost perfectly done, but the pancakes were tougher than leather. The flavor was good, but I was looking forward to some light, fluffy pancakes. Not these. Service was good, food was ok. Good but not by any means great.

They shouldn’t offer a Turkey dinner if they aren’t going to use real Turkey. The stuffing is terrible. I wasn’t able to eat most of it.

There was no problem parking here when I came during lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. I parked right out in front as there were many vacant spaces. The dining ambiance is what you would expect at an IHOP. This location was actually significantly better than the other locations I have been to. I got the Ultimate Combo with red velvet pancakes. Good dish. Would come here again. Customer service was excellent.

This IHOP is located on Harbor Blvd next to the AutoZone and McDonalds. They are obviously best known for there special Pancakes. I went to another IHOP on Beach Blvd about 15 years ago and the food quality was sub-standard and the service was horrid. Back then I would say IHOP was a click down from Norms or Denny’s. So my Mom and I are in the area and are bellies are growling. I suggest we get some breakfast and it’s about 8:45 am on Saturday morning. I suggested we try IHOP. I had heard that the CM location was better then the HB one. My Mom was like ok lets go. She said(Old Mom Voice) I went to IHOP one time back in the 80’s and it was horrible. I said which one did you go to and she said the Beach Blvd one. I said well this is a different one so lets give it a shot. She said okay and we drove over there. The parking lot is pretty big and we found a space no problem. We walked in a were greeted and showed to our table right away. I was already starting to get impressed because it was very clean and they had Christmas decorations everywhere. They staff was even dressed up in like Christmas outfits. We were greeted again by our server who was very professional and friendly. Mom ordered a black coffee and I order Hot Coco like a little kid would lol. One of the best things about this place my Mom said was they leave the coffee pot on your table so when you want a refill you don’t have t wait. My mom loved that! 5 stars on the Coffee pot!!! The server came back over and we ordered eggs and pancakes. It only took about 10 minutes before our food came out. Everything looked really good too. I was pretty hungry and I cleaned my plate. The pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. I love there pancakes. My eggs i asked for sunny side up and they were perfect. My Moms meal came with Hash browns and they gave here extra which was cool. They had great flavor. Also everything is very reasonably priced. Our final bill was $ 23 in change. So overall our experience at IHOP was great. Now I think we will be visiting this location more often. Thanks IHOPTEAM for the great breakfast experience.
