History

Established in 1997.

Jeff Christensen has been servicing Honda and Acura automobiles 1993, that’s over 23 years specializing in one specific brand of cars.

Not one rest on his laurels, Jeff keeps up with the latest Honda and Acura technological developments by tapping on his own «friendly» dealer resources and his subscription to Honda and Acura Service Express Factory service information system that keeps him abreast of all Factory Recalls and Bulletins.

A real stickler for detail, he uses Factory Original Equipment Parts exclusively and all the work carries a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty.

In the early 90’s, Jeff graduated at the top of his class in Honda’s PACT (Professional Automotive Career Training) program at Rio Honda College in Whittier, CA. after working in dealer ships for a few years, Jeff accepted a position as a Technician with American Honda Motor Company. He held several positions at Honda including Senior Technical Writer and Instructional Designer. In these positions, Jeff edited and wrote service manuals and developed training on automotive technology for dealership technicians. Following his passion for old school Honda Customer Service, Jeff left Honda to serve the customers who are passionate about their Honda and Acura automobiles.
