Rude manager. Customer service is the worst out of all the childrens’ stores I frequent. My experience reflects all the other negative reviews. But the manager is the worst. I ask her about the gym bucks policy and she gave me a response where she basically didn’t know/didn’t want to help me. Gymboree should do a customer satisfaction survey like Gap and they’d realize they need to fire her.

Friendly staff, and a well lit, organized store. I came here with my fiancée to look for a flower girl outfit for our wedding. The customer was very friendly and helpful. She took us around trying to find something to work for us, but ultimately admitted that they just didn’t have anything like that.

Talking about customer satisfaction, this store does not know what it is. I have purchased a bunch of stuff online from . When the shipment came, they have ship one defect hair clip. I brought it to the South Coast Plaza store to get it exchange. I have brought a wrong pair of clips that came with the set, but I only need to exchange 1 broken one and they happen to have the exact one at the store. They won’t let me exchange just that 1 broken clip unless I have the whole set. I even have the receipt with me. We’re talking about 1 broken clip and they want me to drive home to bring back the whole set. I will never buy anything from this store again.

had a wonderful shopping spree at the store this past wednesday. the store manager, kelly, was super friendly and helpful. exactly what you’d hope a store manager/sales clerk to be. with the 30% off sale and a 20% off coupon, bought 30+ pieces of clothing for just a tad over $ 200. what a steal!

My daughter and I had a really terrible experience at this Gymboree. I would usually do this review rant style, but I don’t want to get all revved up again, so here are the facts. 1. Not one sales person spoke to us in the 45 minutes we were in the store. 2. The ONE dressing«room» curtain was ripped at the top, so I had to hold it up for my daughter to try on the clothes. 3. The prices were not the same as the signs on the racks. If it says 30% off, it should be 30% off. 4. A long line of customers waited while 4 sales associates hugged and socialized behind the counter, they never acknowledged us. 5. The woman who eventually«helped me» graciously gave me «Gymboree bucks» to use and told me to come back soon. She said the instructions were on the coupon and stuck it in my bag. 6. The«Gymboree bucks» coupon she gave me was all in Spanish. 7. I do not speak Spanish. 8. I will NEVER return here again.
