Rob came by and gave our condominium its 8 units some great advice and is sending a written estimate so we can make a decision. We were quite impressed with the way he was able to explain things in simple terms.

We needed a quick installation on a home camera surveillance monitoring system here in Orange County. I put out a request to at least 10 companies and These guys were the most honest and straight forward. I asked for an estimate and got an estimate. Quick answers over the weekend. Installed within the same week.
I tried to do it myself. Save yourself the headache and just call Golden Eye. The cameras are such great quality picture and easy to use.
Rob was great at answering all my questions. There are lots of options for home surveillance here in Southern California. You are in great hands with these guys.

I recently hired golden eye for a fairly simple job and i got the WORST service possible. Dishonest, rude and not up to par is putting it lightly! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM to any family or friends. I was livid when i realized i hadto hire another company to fix the damage they caused!

These guys have installed video surveillance cameras at two of my offices and my personal home. They are amazing and professional throughout, and will even come back to troubleshoot to make sure it’s perfect! The pricing is fair, and the final product is stellar. Everything was professionally installed and wires hidden as best as possible. Simply. The. Best.

Cory and Rob are the best! They came out and gave me a very competitive price. They installed the cameras the next day. They were on time, fast and clean. They were so patient with me when they explained how everything worked. I would highly recommend them. They are true professionals.

They came to my house to check it out. They told me I’d get an line item estimate later that day. It never came! I had to call to get the estimate and it was $ 2800.00 with no breakdown that I requested. Their cameras were overpriced by several hundred dollars. They have been in business for only 2 years. That’s concerning. Many of these companies open and close within that time frame so a guarantee of their work is useless. They seem like a fly by night operation and I’d stay clear. We instead had Silverstrand do the whole project. They were cheaper and more professional and in existence for greater than 10 years. Stay clear of Golden Eye for your own sanity.

These guys were real pros and they were not all snobby about putting in a camera system that I did not buy directly from them and they were not trying to up sell me on any crap that I did not want which I appreciated. No nonsense work and no hassle. They were in and out in about 2 hours. The noise was a bit much but it was to be expected. I would use them again for sure. Painless.

Golden Eye to the rescue!
I unfortunately used another local Huntington Beach Company to install my first system at my business in Huntington Beach. This company’s website said they install «home theater and security camera systems. I can only hope their home theater installations are better than their security cameras. The quality of their installation was horrible as well as the cheap system they installed. I made them take the entire system down, and said goodbye! Luckily, I didn’t pay anything upfront.
My next call was to Golden Eye Surveillance. Both Rob and Cory were professional and knowledgeable. The system that Golden Eye installed is outstanding and their workmanship is second to none!.Learn from my lesson, and just call these guys first, trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Golden Eye installed 3 high defenition cameras and a did a very clean job of installing cameras and lines. One camera was placed in the driveway, one on my balcony and one on the side yard. All the lines were hidden in the attic and tacked up. the DVR was put in a lock box inside my closet. Owners Cory and Rob were very professional and clear about what was happening throughout the install. Cleaned up in a organized manner and explained everything I needed to do to work the system. Everything was priced right and came with a 2 year warranty. I highly recommend Golden Eye great job!

Golden eye surveillance did the security system for my business. They are really professional. Their service was excellent. For my special request, they even came out on the holiday weekend to do the installation. I really appreciate that.

Let me start off by saying I’m a pretty tough critic and like to think im a perfectionist. Ok, with that being said I needed to upgrade my security system that was previously butchered by a company called Platinum Vault. Golden Eye from beginning to end was professional, informative, competitive and very knowledgeable.. My business has over $ 2,500,000
worth of inventory and I couldn’t feel more comfortable with my state of the art, high definition security system.
I am so pleased and impressed with the work Cory and Rob accomplished. I would highly recommend Golden Eye no matter how big or small of a job you need.

We had wanted to get surveillance cameras for our house for quite some time but every time we tried to research which cameras, which hook up, which installation, we got totally overwhelmed and gave up! Too much information out there to keep straight! These guys had great reviews so we gave them a try. SO GLAD WE DID! Cory came out and discussed the pros and cons of each type of system in general, and also with respect to our house. Our system is sweet!!! We can watch or review footage from our phones or our computers, going about 3 weeks back. Really clear pictures and great night vision too. They were very polite and professional, and the installation looks great! The price was also much better than other places we looked! And they guarantee their work for 2 years! I hope I don’t have to pester them much with questions or issues, but it’s nice to know they’ll be available if I need them. Thanks guys!!! :)

A big Thank you to Rob and Cory! We were having problems in our yard with break-​ins and theft and found Golden Eye Surveillance. They installed 16 cameras all around the yard so we can feel at ease now. On top of the amazing view we have of the yard, Rob and Cory have been extremely helpful in tutoring us on how to use and manage the cameras. There have been several times we have called and they are always understanding of our needs and make the time to help us with whatever we the case may be. We are completely satisfied with the equipment as well as the customer service during and after the installation. I would highly recommend Golden Eye Surveillance for whatever you need your eyes on when you can’t have your eyes there!

Service and follow-​up have been exemplary. Goldeneye — Rob and Cory — spent many hours tweaking performance and training us to get any information we want from the cameras and DVR. We can use computers or cell phones to access the videos and even make copies of movies or stills via Smart phones. Cory even followed up the other day to make sure we were satisfied (and, I think, to ensure that we remembered how to access, organize and store imagery).
Goldeneye Surveillance Systems reminds us why dealing with good small businesses is often good business for us as consumers.

Rob & Cory were great on the phone and in person. They kept me up to day on their ETA and when they showed up they jumped right into it. Our normal security company couldn’t get here fast enough for us, so I looked on Unilocal and found Golden Eye — I’m so happy I tried them. They worked out the issue, explained what was wrong (which happened to be sloppy work on the part of our current security company) and fixed it nice and quick. Their work has lasted and I feel confident that the repair they made will stand the test of time. It cost me $ 100 flat for them to come out within 24hrs and about 1hr of work on a system that they did not install themselves (and they quoted us the cost and work scope before doing anything). I was happy to pay it and thought they were worth every cent. They are now our go-​to back-​up/​emergency vendor, and will likely be our full-​time vendor once our warranty expires with our current one. I recommend trying them out. I think you’ll be impressed.

These guys understand customer service. As a local business myself, I take pride in providing my customers with the best experience possible and look for companies to work with that reflect my ideals. These guys get it. I refer them to anyone who wants to take security in their home or business to the next level.

My girlfriend and I had been wondering what our dog does around the house while we are at work during the day. I considered two options, first buying my own equipment and attempting to install myself or two, hire a professional. I did some shopping around for my own equipment then I called Golden Eye for an estimate. Cory came out the next day and walked me through my options as well of process for installing the system. His information was very insightful and I ended up going with an entire 4 camera system for my house. Cory, Rob and Casey came out to the house less than a week later, for a clean and fast install. Now I am able to view all angles of my house from my phone with about 2 weeks of memory, which I can also access from my phone. I got a great deal, high quality product, and now we know that our dog is busy guy during the day.

Professional and personable. I found these guys through a friend of mine, and I was amazed at how quickly they gave me exactly what I needed with ease. They really cared about giving me exactly what I wanted for my home security, and now I can access all the cameras at my home when I am away through my iPhone. I travel frequently and the confidence that the surveillance system has given me is exactly what every homeowner should have. I would recommend them to anyone who prefers quick, and flexible service. I have gone with large companies such as AT&T for many of my services and have continually been disappointed with the lack of good customer service. These guys really have it down, and are so easy to work with.
