I always go to flame broiler alot and i always enjoy the food and the portions are not too bad and overall quality and staff is decent. BUT, this location is sooooo bad, i dont know if the people who work there have an inferiority complex but they are so rude and disrespectful. I came in with my own beverage in a bottle and it was warm so i asked the lady for a cup of water so i can put some ice inside and fill it with my drink i had brought in, right away she rude ugly lady said«NOSODASINWATERCUP» And i told her NO this is my own drink, sounds like a rant but overall the service was terrriiiibbblleee and that day the lady gave me a half assed portion which was wack!

Flame Broiler is Flame Broiler… What I like about this place is that they are super fast, it’s never crowded. They also have all of the to-go sauce ready for you.

This is my go-to just about every 2 weeks when I forget to pack my work lunch! I work directly across the street and this is one of the better food options on this portion of Bristol Street. The owner is almost always working the cash register and taking orders. The kitchen does a fantastic job keeping their product fresh and tasty! Even after the lunch rush, the quality of fresh grilled meat, veggies, and rice does not abate. I am always greeted warmly by the entire staff and the service is always fast. It’s refreshing to see that great customer service is not dead. Thanks for always taking care of me and keep up the great work!

Looking for quick, good, healthy food. Try out this joint. They make it quick and always fresh. You can also order it in for takeout. The owner is there most of the time, working the cashier and taking orders. She is very welcoming and has good customer service.

I know all flame broilers are different but I would have to say this one is mediocre at best.

Bad manager here. Walked in and used the rest room and when I came out the manager is mad at because I was about to go back to my car for my wallet, as I forgot it in the car, and the manager is yelling at me saying it’s not a public restroom. I told them I forgot my wallet and I WAS going to order some food and she said«I don’t care, there’s been 4 other people just walk in and use it and leave… So now you get to jump to conclusions and put me in the same category as some bums. Really fucked up. not good customer service at all. So I went next door to Subway. FUCK your manager Flame Boiler! And it was some Mexican older birch that was the one, just so you know who it was at this location. I’m probably gonna go back in with my subway and get her name and get bosses number just to complain on her individually as I like the food.

I like to come here when I have a quick lunch. The bowls are prepared in less then 5mins. I always take advantage of the check in on Unilocal offer. BUYONEBOWLWITH A DRINKGETONEBOWLFREE. The whole staff looks at each other when I order it. As if it’s forbidden and I get the stink eye from whichever cashier but whatevs if you don’t like home ring the offer I it’s an issue I think they should remove it. As for the food It’s delicious. My orders are always correct and they never forget anything. P. s the hot chili sauce it pretty yummy mixed in!!!

I eat here a few times a month and the owner is always courteous and quick on the order trigger. A nice healthy lunch spot. Can be a little on the expensive side for what it is though.

Every Flamebroiler is different, and this is by far the worst one. Took me 35 minutes to receive my order that was wrong, I asked for just broccoli no rice extra white meat. I got no veggies and white rice. How is that possible? When I told the guy, he looked at me with an OMG rude stare and then asked for my receipt, like I had to prove my order or something? He then proceeded to replace my bowl with all veggies and no extra white meat! I was so upset I just left. The one on 17th and Orange is far superior.

Bad Flame Broiler.(Honest Opinion Below) This specific Flame Broiler has a few issues with it compared to other Flame Broiler locations. It is hard to find any parking around lunchtime(not Flame Broiler’s fault), they usually don’t put green onions on your bowl and they don’t ask if you want them. Their chicken tastes different than other locations and so does their magic sauce. The magic sauce seems to be more watered down at this location or something because the flavor is not as strong. Also, a chicken bowl at this location will run you $ 6.95 plus tax! That is a jip considering I wanted a $ 5 lunch and all the bowls are around $ 7. If you go to the location off Main and Harvard, they have a chicken bowl, any time, any day for $ 4.99. I don’t get why this location charges $ 2 more for their bowls but it is not worth it. Don’t get burned by this Flame Broiler!

I go here on my lunch break sometimes. Parking is usually tough even up until 1pm. Plenty of seating and very friendly staff. I eat at many other flame broilers in the area, but this one cooks chicken different. Could be cooked a little longer and they taste bland unlike at the other locations. First time I have never finished the bowl because it was offsetting. Otherwise a good place with nice people.

Can’t give them a review because when I got here they were closed early. It’s happened a time or two before, I get here about ten minutes before closing time and the door is already locked. There’s another Flame Broiler just a few minutes away and they’re open an hour later, on principle I guess I’d recommend that one over this one.

Fast and convenient place to grab something not so fast food like and healthy! This Flame Broiler is great, the lady at the register is pretty nice and makes sure you always get your order right. My usual: Mini Chicken bowl with brown rice and onions. The regular size I could probably eat for lunch and eat the other half for dinner. They come with a variety of choices. White rice, veggies and chicken, veggies and beef, chicken and beef… Yummy! This particular location the parking lot is insanely busy and it is probably best that you either call in for a pick up either before noon or after 1:30. It seems to die down by that time. I have definitely learned my lesson going during the lunch rush. No bueno! This place is pretty nicely kept up as well! Don’t forget to grab their magic sauce or hot sauce before you leave! I can’t eat my bowl without it.

There is a lady at this flame broiler that just can’t get any orders right. I keep coming back because it’s close to my house but man, This owner sucks. It’s not like they have a lot on the menu. I told my husband tonight that this is last time we come here. I will drive to another one.

Haven’t had any problems with the food or service here. It gets busy during the lunch hour so parking is very limited. I wish they had Sriracha though.

This place is awesome. Super friendly, quick service and a hearty healthy meal on the cheap, what else could you want? Way better than Fuji grill in my opinion! Only downside is that parking sucks, so if you go between 12:30 — 1:30 M-F, bring your patience with you!

Ok here is the deal. Is it really hard to make food from a menu that has 4 main ingredients. Every time I have been there the lady behind the counter(who I am assuming is the owner) is rushing things like she has just done a bump of coke in the back or she is all hyped up on Jolt Cola. It doesn’t matter if there is one person or ten people in line. This leads to orders being messed up on the regular, poor customer service and an overall bad vibe in this establishment. The rice is often under-cooked. The veggies are often soggy because they are in such a hurry they throw water from boiling the veggies in your bowl or plate. The last time I was there the chicken smelled like gas. Properly from it being turned up to high while being cooked. I really was going to leave this poor Flame Broiler alone until today I received a flyer on my car in the business park I worked in that was full of spelling errors. I mean does no one proof read these things? I am no spelling bee champ or Grammar Wizard, but holy hell! This just leads me to believe what I thought all along about the owner of this business. They obviously don’t care about quality. The only care about making a dollar. There are plenty of other Flame Broilers in the area I will visit instead.
