Located in Costa Mesa in Orange County, ECWC is the home of 6 Professional Strongman Competitors. Scott Brengel & Casey Garrison running operations in Orange County and Cameron Gardner and Tom Yannuzzi in Northeast New Jersey. Specializing in athletic training for strength, speed, agility & sports specific conditioning. ECWC runs 2 separate corporate wellness programs /​boot camps off-​site and another at ECWC headquarters. ECWC also specializes in MMA fighter conditioning for Pro and amateur fighters, Football Combine Preparation, Track & Field, Rugby, Baseball sports specific training. There is no other facility in Orange County with this level of coaching from Professional Strength Athletes and client honors, titles and scholarships.

Business Owner

Scott Brengel has been in the practice of strength and speed development for over 20 years. He is an athletic trainer specializing in bio-​mechanics, energy system efficiency and sports nutrition. Scott uses years of testing and programming experience to boost every athlete’s performance, earning starting positions, gaining scholarships and providing the opportunity to compete at the professional level.

In addition to his work as an athletic performance specialist, Coach Scott has competed in a wide range of sporting events throughout his athletic career from winning championships in football and earning titles in track & field and martial arts. Scott began competing in strength athletics in 2002 and won his pro card at California’s Strongest Man in 2004 and became one of the first Professional Lightweight Strongman to ever exist in the U.S.
