History
Established in 2011.
This came out of nowhere, it was something my daughter and I started making in the kitchen at home for us personally. We began to let some friends try it and they told us we had something pretty good. 6 months into the project we entered it into a salsa contest and we won a people’s choice award. From there we began to look into the requirements of producing and selling it. People told us «dont do it“‘. It wasn’t easy but we knew we had a good product and other people were doing it so we pushed on. A friend entered it into an open salsa contest (without us knowing) in San Diego held by a Mexican resturant and we won 93% of the votes. At that point we had the legal requirements complete and a facility to produce it in. We got it in our first store and did well. We then got into the Costa Mesa fairgrounds on the weekends and I quit my job to dedicate the time necessary. We also recently became a certified vender for the Orange County Farmers bureau selling at Farmers Markets too.

Overly creative! Grew up racing motocross and hitting my head on the earh at a young age, still do. Probabally the reason im kind of off, but creative though! Developed products in the off road industry and in the high performance watercraft industry for Yamaha Motor Corp and was licensed by Tear Drop Japan developing golf products. And I have 6 putters I designed that we’re sold around the world. I have a patent in the beverage industry so when asked «Salsa» to me it was a natural extention of my creativity.
