Creme De La Creme

This caterer is seriously such a dream to work with and is so very flexible on budget, timing, driving far distances, etc. I am an event planner and host events with Crème de La Crème almost weekly now. Marguerite is so wonderful and the food is amazing. Thank you Crème de La Crème!

Crème De La Crème is one of the best caterers I have ever worked with. They are responsive, creative and make delicious food. They have helped my organization, AIDS Services Foundation, on a couple of occasions, and each time, our guests have left feeling pampered and appreciated. Exactly what we were going for! We look forward to working with them many more times in the future!

We recently used Crème De La Crème to cater our VIP Breakfast for the 29^th Annual AIDS Walk in Orange County. They set up a gorgeous buffet and the food was fabulous! Not only that, but because we are a non-​profit organization they were very flexible to stick within our budget. Our VIPs raved about it and said it was the perfect way to kick off the day. Even some of our harder-​to-​please committee members had nothing but wonderful things to say.
Definitely keeping them in mind for future events!

I had my wedding in October 2014 and actually I had chosen another preferred vendor through the Richard Nixon library… That vendor fell through and so the next vendor I choose was Crème… Oh my gosh they are the best!!! And Im not sure what I would have done without Laura and her team!!! I just couldn’t imagine having chosen the other vendor… Having crème was fate and they were the best:) and I’m glad that the other vendor fell through!
Laura was just so amazing… She is so detailed oriented and answered all my type A personality questions to the T.
The food was sooooo delicious. We chose a dual entrée of grouper and filet mignon, with polenta and veggies, wow too good!!!
And she custom tailored the menu to have chocolate and white choco fountain –because my dad loves chocolate fountains and had to have one– and we had a churro station with other dipping items like cheesecake, and fruits oh my it was a long line all night at that station! Lol.
And the hor dor vuers were so plentiful and everyone was so happy munching along, and drinking during cocktail hour:) Then for a favor we gave everyone a slice of our cake in a nice little white box and Laura and her team placed wax paper in there and packaged it so beautiful and passed them out… they did the most amazing job.
The table décor was perfect… And Laura was there during my final walk through so valuable… Especially because my planner was a bust…
I can’t say enough good things about them… If you are a type A bride like me… You need Crème and Laura. If your husband or you are foodies. you need crème and Laura and the chef –kudos to the chef you are amazing – You will be so well taken care of…
I have found a caterer for life.

Amazing… I just experienced Crème de la Crème at the grand opening of New Home Company’s Newport Coast project. All I can say is WOW! Staff were courteous and professional.
Please do a gourmet food truck so I don’t have to wait for an invitation for greatness.

Crème de la Crème catered our daughter’s destination wedding at Lake Arrowhead. They did an incredible job from beginning to end from a ‘built on site’ kitchen!!! The following day they catered the post-​wedding brunch… both events received rave reviews from our guests! Many said they had never had such an incredible meal at a wedding! I highly recommend Crème de la Crème for their creative and delicious food and attentive and pleasant staff! A+!!

Amazing food and the customer service was excellent. We used them for our son’s wedding and are completely satisfied, we had so many excellent comments from our guests. Jennifer was really on top of whatever we needed and took care of the bride’s requests. We had guests with special food needs and they took care of those. The lobster bisque was the best I have ever had, only complaint I heard on that was people wanted seconds. The staff at the wedding was accommodating and helpful and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Crème de la Crème for a dinner party I was hosting at my house and I spoke to a woman on the phone and she was very helpful. I was surprised on how quickly I received menus and a proposal after I had called because the other caterers took a week to get back to me.
My husband and I had a very hard choosing just a few things off the menu because they all sounded amazing. Everyone at the party absolutely loved the food!

The staff definitely needs a lesson in sales. The owner contacted me to explain their high end food comparable to a «Rolls Royce» versus a «Honda» bought elsewhere.
I am purchasing my «Rolls Royce» from another catering company whose food actually costs more than theirs, but definitely offers a much better customer service.
No – they’re representative (Jennifer Wilson) did not even bother to offer a proposal. She simply just asked for our budget. I had just been engaged for a week at the time and was simply calling around to compare pricing.

The Staff at Crème is amazing. They really do put service and quality food at its finest, and their A-​List of clientele cannot be beat. I would recommend them if you have an event with very high expectations and seek the advice of Chef Mark, who is very creative. Five stars!

We used Crème de la Crème for our daughter’s wedding, and they were superb. Once we agreed on a menu, my daughter and I never gave it a second thought. Everything was superior: the food, the staff, the presentation. Everybody said the food was not only the best wedding food they’d ever had, but also some of the best catered food. They boxed up leftovers and even packed up the unused alcohol and wine, which I picked up from their office later in the week to return to the store. I whole heartedly recommend them.

They were on our list of available caterers for our upcoming wedding and while the girl I spoke to initially on the phone was very kind I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. It took forever to get a pricing guide and when I was told that «we really cater to high end weddings» without even seeing my budget; I was a bit put off.
Not only is their menu uninspiring, it is quite overpriced… the fiancé is a chef so we know what food costs. I do not recommend them at all.
