I came here to buy some gifts for a bachelorette party and I left with a few things for myself too ;) The staff here is awesome and very knowledgable on the products and will help you make the right choice whatever your ‘need’ is. Kaylee helped me out a ton and gave some good advice by pointing out the higher quality options that didn’t cost significantly more; I left with just what I wanted because of her help. I’ll be back again, thanks!

Friendly and helpful staff (particularly the redhead who worked register 4. I wish I could recall her name) with a great selection of products. After being disappointed, again, with the selection and staff of the adult store closer to my house I decided to drive out to ConRev and happily left with some new purchases and ideas for future visits.

So I get really awkward when I have to talk about dongs so going into a sex shop isn’t my cup of tea. BUT Kailey really made me feel comfortable and gave me great direction in choosing the best toy for me. If anyone needs some sex talk or toys I highly suggest you visit kailey. You will get great service and leave with a smile!

Wow! This shop is just so awesome! I absolutely love the quality of this store and their awesome service thanks to the first impression that was made by Theresa. She was just so helpful, informative, friendly, smiley, patient, sweet, and made the entire visit SO comfortable and fun! Lol I loved it! It was awesome. She made me more comfortable than ever to ask any questions that I really wanted to ask but might have been too embarrassed to ask any other salesclerk. She even gave me an entire tour of the store since it was my first time. Thanks so much, Theresa! I got everything I was looking for with great ease and satisfaction. *10 star rating if I could!

Costa Mesa has a few stores like this, after shopping around for a while i ended sticking with this conrev, its close to my house and they have a huge selection. Alot of the other places are unfriendly and make you feel weird when you go in. But this is my 6 or 7^th time coming in with my girlfriend and almost every time we have ended up with Vanity helping us out. Its always fun and with alot of stores that are similar for us it comes down to the people.

I have been a frequent shopper of this location for a few months. I’ve never gotten the same person twice, but each time with them has been an exceptionally professional experience.
That being said, I am deeply disappointed with my last visit. I had gone in to look at a few toys the pervious employees had suggested in my past visits. I got to the store, was greeted by a familiar face, then I headed down the steps to see the toys. I was not greeted when I got downstairs. The girl with the blonde hair was behind the counter just eying me. I wandered over to a large wall of the lower priced toys to see if anything interested me. It wasn’t until I made my way to the section by the brand Jimmyjane did the girl rush over to me. From then on out, it was a disaster. Every question I had about the toys, she responded with an attitude. I have never felt so belittled while shopping before. She made it seem like I was an idiot for not knowing much about the toys already. Even after that she suggested she hold two at the front for me and I politely declined. As she was about to walk away without another word, I stopped her so I could ask another question about the warranty. She physically rolled her eyes at me. That was the last straw for me. This girl does not belong with the other employees who have delightfully helped me previously. She was so rude, had such an attitude, and clearly wasn’t interested in anything unless I was spending money. I was prepared to buy an expensive toy along with some other things, but have since changed my mind after encountering her. Apologies to all of the other employees who have been such a help, but I won’t be returning. I would rather shop at Pink Kitty than have to encounter her again. To any future shoppers, avoid the girl with blond hair (I asked her name and I believe she said Kelly). It’ll save you embarrassment.

Conrev? More like Con-​artists!!! I’ve been coming into this store for the past six months and have been purchasing a pill product at the front counter called «Super Hard». The pill works great but is pretty pricey at 55 – 60 bucks with tax for a package of six pills at Con-​artists. Today I was in another adult store a couple hours away and found the exact same six pack of «Super Hard» for 17 bucks, I told the guy how much I had been paying at Con-​artists and he was in shock. How about you guys quit ripping people off, and on a side note I’ll be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. Stay away from this place and spread the word.

Sales ppl are good at their job and know their stuff. come off a little sales-y;must get commission/​and or bonuses but it’s not a bad thing. Creates knowledgable employees that want to inform you and direct you in the right direction. When We have another orgy I’ll make sure to come back. Fyi: everyone’s invited.

This location is much bigger than I expected! But that just means more inventory which is definitely a good thing.
The employee who helped me out was very friendly and approachable. He definitely pointed me in the right direction, then just left me to do my browsing. I appreciated that. I did see that he & the other employees were being very friendly and helping out all other customers in the store with any and all questions they had.
The only thing I thought was odd was when I used my
check in coupon they asked for me to fill a form out with my name & address. Why would they need this? I hope they don’t add me to any mailing list or anything like that. I’ve never had to fill out a form with a Unilocal coupon before. Seemed really odd & I’m still scratching my head about that.
I’d love to hear the reasoning behind that.

This store is the bomb. Do I need to even write a review? This is Orange County’s premier Sex Shop. There is such an abundance of sexiness in this store that you can’t possibly go in here and not come out with things.
All I’m going to say without giving away too much of my personal life is that I’m a VIP card holder and have shopped here plenty over the years. I still do.
For cost reasons I frequent discount websites instead now, but sometimes you just can’t wait 1 – 2 weeks to get your goods.

My wife and I went here on our 1^st wedding anniversary to have a look around, the staff was very friendly and knowledgable… the place was pretty big and parking wasn’t too bad though it was a little crowded in the area on a Saturday afternoon.
When you walk in they have all their garments and some bridal shower gag gifts, after looking around for a while the girl at the counter said «you guys are just in the foreplay section you gotta go down the stairs» we chuckled and walked down to find their entire adult toy collection.
It was a fun experience, would come back here if we wanted anything.

ConRev is an awesome split level store with loads of sex toys. I do believe some of their stuff is pretty pricey, but they have a lot of items with different price ranges — so you can get some fun stuff even if you don’t want to spend more than $ 100. I would definitely recommend checking this sex shop out because who doesn’t love well-​organized sex toys? They also have a nice selection of lingerie, lube, condoms, and gag gifts. The sex toys I have purchased here have been really nice quality and worked well.
