History
Established in 2013.
The ChocXO team has a combined 100 years of experience in the chocolate industry. We started operations in the fall of 2013 and opened the Costa Mesa location in August 2014.
Our Irvine Chocolate Factory will open on November 1.
Meet the Business Owner
Richard F.
Business Owner
Locally owned and operated, ChocXO is the brainchild of Richard Foley. Richard has over 30 years of experience in the chocolate industry and literally bleeds chocolate and coffee. His interests include making chocolate from the bean, long walks in cacao farms and moonlit coffee tastings.
He lives in Dana Point with his wife and three children.
