We also service ALL other manufacturers of smart phones and tablets such as Motorola, HTC, Samsung, LG, Blackbnerry, and more. We specialize in Water Damage ! We have the only 5 step chemical process for properly treating water /liquid damaged phones in Orange County. We also work on all makes and models of Laptops and Desktop computers.

** This location is for our wholesale customers only. Walk-In and wait service for end-users (consumers) is exclusively performed at our Lake Forest location. It’s only 12 minutes from the Costa Mesa location and most repairs are 30 minutes or less.

History

Established in 2007.

our Multiple Retail Locations opened as a general cellular repair stores and have grown to specialize in ALL Apple products top to bottom, especially the iPhone and iPad. In 2009 started offering repair services for Motorola, HTC, LG, Samsung, Pantech, Dell, HP, Sony, and more… In 2010 officially started offering repair services for all phones being sold by Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. In 2011 started offering repair services for XBox, PS3 Play Station, Wii and more… If it’s a Laptop or Desktop computer, Cellular Phone, or Game Console we offer repair services and also buy them for cash.

After completing his apprenticeship program in cellular repair Anthony served as Assistant Manager of our Irvine, CA store in 2012. He is now the store manager of our Costa Mesa /Newport Beach location. He has extensive knowledge in iPhone, iPad, and iPod repair including specialty training and experience in liquid damage service. Stop in and say hi.

Just called for some information regarding my water damaged iphone. Although my phone is probably beyond repair, the gentleman who answered the phone was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but was happy to answer all of my questions and was incredibly nice — so much so that I was moved to write this review.

Apple takes about $ 120 for fixing a cracked screen on the iPhone 5, at this place it will run you 85 bucks. Lifetime warranty if there would be some kind of malfunction which is always a plus. Also a plus for the quick fix, cracked the phone Wednesday night, called them the next morning and that same afternoon they fixed it — only took them about 20 minutes to do so. Hopefully done with dropping phones but if it would to happen again. I’d probably go here to fix it.

I am a little rough on my phones so I frequently need to get a new phone until I found some who would replace my broken screen and get me up and running quickly for a fair price.
I took my phone in to Broken Phones on Saturday morning and they had a new screen on it and I had picked it up 1 hour later! Not to mention its 10 minutes from my house and next to all the places I run errands in Costa Mesa. How could I go wrong?
I’m sure i’ll be back sooner than later.

Disclaimer: The above referenced excitement is due to the fact that I break phones… a lot. (Don’t judge me).
I have been using the company’s location in Irvine for a couple of years now. I have had nothing but the best of service there. When I called them to see about fixing my latest cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S III, they let me know that they had a new location open in Costa Mesa. Being that I frequent Costa Mesa, I was a happy camper.
I headed over to the address they gave me and found that it was conveniently located on the main strand of Newport Blvd next to the Goathill Tavern across from Triangle Square. Plenty of parking in the back. I walked in to find a familiar face from the Irvine store. Anthony greeted me and took a look at my phone right away. He happened to have all the parts in stock to fix it the same day. I told him I would be back in a little while and decided to head next door for a quick brewski and game of pool. I came back and my phone already finished and was like new. I am continually impressed by this company and the great work they do. Thank you thank you thank you for opening a location closer to me!!!
Store Owner Ray and crew have done it again. Keep up the good work and I’m sure I will see you again soon :-/
