History

Established in 2014.

My name is Justin, I am the owner of Boardwalk LLC and I am so happy to be servicing Southern California as one of the only dedicated hardwood cleaning specialist around. Seven years ago I started a carpet cleaning company from there I went on to becoming the Operations Manager of one of the largest carpet cleaning companies in all of Southern California. I have learned so much over the years especially how people here love there hardwood floors. I saw a need for a truly dedicated hardwood floor cleaning company so I started Boardwalk LLC. I am a USMC Veteran proud to serve Southern California for years to come.

I had my offices cleaned by Justin at Boardwalk and they did an amazing job cleaning off all of the residual wax build up from my hardwood floors and made them look new again. Justin also educated me about proper care so we can keep our floors looking great. Excellent workmanship by Justin! My floors had experienced quite a bit of sun damage, wear and tear, and the protective seal just wore off over the past 5 years. He recommended getting them cleaned, re-​stained, and sealed again to get them back in shape. The schedule was tight but he was able to successfully manage the timeline and turned around some amazing flooring work… the floor looks brand new! My friends still believe I had new flooring installed!
Very impressive and will post before/​after photos shortly. I highly recommend Justin and will be a repeat customer!!!

Justin Lair is a former marine who served as a presidential guard on Marine One. His company strips, cleans and buffs hardwood floors, and the result is amazing! He brings the good ethics and attention to detail that he learned in the Marines to his hardwood jobs, and I am glad to support our servicemen in their return to civilian life. Beyond that, Justin turned what I thought was some ruined hardwood floors that would need to be stripped and refinished back to their glossy, beautiful look, all in record time. All it took was a good cleaning and buffing with his special machine. I could not deal with sawdust and chemical fumes that would have gone on for days if the floors had to be refinished, but Justin was done in just a few hours and left things clean, shiny, and odor free. Thanks, Justin, for great work and a fair price!
