AM – PM Rent A Car

Very good customer service. The rental was very clean in the car. The representative was very kind that I worked with and I will definitely come back.

In a word «Yuck».
If you are in need of a rental car, do yourself a favor and shop around. This company is located in a small strip shopping center surrounded by a «massage parlor» on one side, and the Santa Ana Border on the other. The windows are tinted black and the entry would be described as dubious, at best, especially at night.
Perhaps it was the time of day, the alignment of the starts, or just my good luck, but the representative that «helped» me was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Can you believe that? Rude to the one and only LV Cheeks… I never let a bad experience ruin my day, but I will always let my fellow Unilocalers know of my experiences good and bad!!!
I believe, they cater mainly to French and Japanese international travelers who have no recourse for price gouging and poor service. Im sure they can at least return with interesting stories to their respective countries on the way the USA rents cars!
I won’t be going near this joint in the future.

This is my 1^st review on Unilocal and I wanted to say that I couldn’t be happier with AM PM car rental service in Costa Mesa. They are a family run operation that gives the best customer service. They picked me up at the airport on time and I was able to rent a new BMW for an awesome price. My only complaint is that it may be a little hard to find, but overall, the experience was really good. The cars are new, they have an awesome price and discount for renting a few days in a row, etc. I don’t need it, but they also have people speaking multiple languages to assist people from abroad.
I highly recommend them.
