This place is great. Very fast with wheel alignments. As soon as i walked through the door i was in and out withing thirty minutes. The staff if very friendly and dont make you feel pressured to buy other services. Overall great experience.

This has got to be one of the best auto shops in town. They are great with customer service and so friendly, I mean they even offer espresso while you wait! They are also speedy with their procedures, you never have to wait to long to get your car back. I would recommend them time and time again! If you want reliable results you gotta go here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I was out of town and before I drove home I was desperate to get an alignment and service done on my Saab. I drove past this shop and popped in and they were so helpful, knowledgable and prices are so reasonable. I did not have to wait long for service and I was back on the road again. They are a full service shop and I highly recommend them

This shop provides excellent services. The owners are very honest and reliable. They gave me fair prices and the work they’ve done on my car was absolutely impeccable. And on top of everything the waiting area is very nice and welcoming. Oh, and the coffee they serve is absolutely amazing!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy process for an alignment (OEM or custom), these guys will help you out along the way. Very friendly and knowledgable people. Top of the line alignment equipment and very very low car friendly for the stance folks. Spacious waiting room and good location. This is the only low car friendly alignment spot for a fair price within my area (Irvine), without having to go to 714tires. Good group of guys working there and are ready to help you out if you have questions. They also do more than just alignments. Was in and out of the shop quickly and the alignment specs turned out great. Huge plus for refilling tire pressure without asking!

I called ahead of time. They said I don’t need an appt today, drove in to get an oil change ended up getting alignment, oil change, new rims and tires and they had a detailer on site that day and got a full detail. Amazing price deals on rims and tires. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. no brainer 5 stars

Referred to A1 by America’s Tire across the street, went in and was helped right away. Had an estimate for realignment within 15 minutes. Had the alignment done within 10 more. Very helpful employees. Free coffee. Air conditioned.

This is one of the best shop experiences I’ve had. They have the top of the line equipment, knowledgeable mechanics, they also specialize in German cars (major plus so you don’t have to get ripped off at the Benz dealer), you can even buy a set of rims or get other performance services done to your car, AND they are centrally located in Costa Mesa. You can literally have some beers at the brewery next door, have a delicious brunch at the rooster café, or shop at The Lab, all while your car gets worked on. Never another wasted day waiting around for your car because the location is so good! This place is the best and the owners really know their shit!
Side note: I read the reviews before I came here, and I’ve had my experiences with the cheaper shops, all I have to say is you get what you pay for. If you want quality service with the newest technology, it might cost you a little more, but in the long run, it saves you a ton because your car is being delicately handled. They also don’t try and add on a bunch of services you DONT need, like the experiences I’ve had at the cheaper shops, especially walking in as a young girl.

Florin and Daniel are great. Florin is very helpful and knowledgeable, and Daniel is very prompt and efficient. Service is fast, and the place is clean! Price is very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here.

These guys are great. Just had them put 4 new tires, and alignment on my 2014 Corvette. Honest shop!

Fantastic! Is the word to describe this mechanic shop. They have very reasonable prices for both the parts and work. The work is done in a timely manner– no waiting other than while they efficiently complete the work. The waiting room is comfortable.
Certainly the people are trustworthy.
It is a bit of a surprise that I’m writing this glowing review of an auto shop, but it is all true. I highly recommend this place!

My BMW needed a new belt tensioner replaced and I also had multiple leaks in my oil filter housing and valve gaskets. Extra parts needed to be ordered and they were able to order and receive them within an hour and start work on my vehicle immediately. A1 repaired everything on a Saturday and my car is driving great without any issues and no leaks. Thank you A1 for your great work, honesty, hospitality, and professionalism.

Daniel and the Tech (I forgot his name, I’m horrible with names.) were outstanding. These guys treat you like family. I drove all the way from Hemet to here (roughly 100 miles) to get an alignment.
My car is lowered and these guys have a Hunter in ground alignment rack to compliment their ground force tire and wheel balancer. Best of the best.
The shop reinforces the attitude and work performed here as it it was spotless. The waiting room felt like a lounge, somewhere you could easily spend several hours if you had no choice.
I recommend these guys to anyone looking for meticulous but honest work. You will not be disappointed.

RIP OFF Stay AWAY $ 90.00 for an alignment My son was told that he got a special deal normally its over $ 100 Honda Charges $ 89.00 for the same thing plus they would have discounted that even more Don’t take advantage of kids that don’t know prices like you did we don’t need to pay for your equipment… I called to complain he told me they have high end machines WHO CARES you RIPED HIM OFF!!!

If you need any repairs this is your spot! The customer service is beyond words!!! They explained to me in detail what was wrong with my car and the repairs that it needed. Strongly recommend this shop for all your repair needs!

I called and asked about a wheel alignment and was told to come in right away. They aligned the wheels in 20 minutes or less, such little time that I didn’t even read the book I brought with me. I was having a rough week and didn’t feel like talking to strangers let alone forcing myself to come get a wheel alignment. I’m glad I came here. Even though I was facing the other way, I’m not sure if it was the owner or Vice President was very friendly and had great customer service. They don’t try to rip you off. I respect businesses like that, and I think you don’t have to cheat people to become successful. Success, honesty, joy all go hand in hand. They gave me a great deal that matched some of the other local groupon offers online & told me to come back to get free check-​ups on my tires or other things. I grew up with a lot of Russian friends, so I appreciate the family owned Romanian business. The owner also knew a lot about high performance cars, modifications, hydraulics and such. You can tell when someone is passionate about their business.

Called ahead of time to schedule an alignment. I was told over the phone «you don’t need to make an appointment. Just come in ANY TIME»
I drove (30 minute drive btw) all the way to the shop. It is now 5:20pm. The guy in the front tells me the tech went home early!
He continues to tell me how they close at 6pm and it’s already almost 530… Blah blah blah. The icing on the cake, he says «well if you would have called to say you would be here…»
Are you serious? Yea so he ignored the fact that I did actually call. I reminded him, he just continues to say «oh but you came at 530 blah blah blah, why the hell are you even open then? What’s the point of having hours? Why would you tell me over the phone to «come anytime»
So frustrating, he tells me to come in tomorrow, hands me a business card and says «make sure you call ahead of time, and I’ll try and fit you in»
Yeah right, never coming back

Honest, reliable and excellent service. Highly recommended. :) They really know what they are doing, and give you the best price, always trying to help you out and save you money without compromising the quality of parts and service. Really happy with their service!

I went to A1 Auto twice already and I must say I was impressed with the high quality services they provide! My car was ready in no time, and the job was impeccable! Prices are more than reasonable, and the staff is very nice and welcoming.

This shop has some of the most professional management I’ve seen and their setup is unreal, Don’t let the unassuming front mislead you this shop is set up for serious business. The lift they use is the kind you would see in a high end mechanics shop. The Vice President Danny said «We use only the best equipment» he’s not lying. They are literally set up to work on high end cars as well as the daily driver I brought in. This is for sure my new go to spot for alignments and repairs
