We Specialize in Organic Living Cuisine– We make everything from scratch, by hand using local seasonal produce. We don’t even own an oven or a microwave. It is more than carrot sticks and celery though, we offer specialized items like mole enchiladas wrapped in a coconut wrap made from young thai coconut, gluten free brownies made from pecans and agave and smoothies with superfoods like hemp, raw cacao and maca root! We also serve a selection of organic and biodynamic wines handpicked from small producers. This food is healthy, but tasty too, the staff is friendly and the spot a mini art gallery– Check us out for a unique experience– open 7 days a week.

Okay So I create food dishes that are healthy and fun, My goal is to inspire people to live well and be well. I’ve worked with celebrities, cancer patients and athletes — everyone needs the same thing healthy food that tastes good too!
You”l find me around the restaurant uncooking mostly, sweeping floors if needed and answering questions always– I feel blessed to be able to share this lifestyle with others, I hope there is some part of what we do you’ll enjoy.
