I have had a good experience with this establishment in the past. However, my most recent experience has negated it. I began going here about two years ago and have recently moved out of town. I was willing to make the commute because I had a good experience with them in the past so I called in to inquire about an appointment. The lady I talked to was one of the most rude people I have ever talked to in customer service. Today, 11−24−14 around 3:15 p.m. I had the unfortunate opportunity to talk to the worst receptionist ever. If I didn’t know any better I would say she was intentionally trying to steer business away from this place. She succeeded.

I went in yesterday due to very irritated eye, I didn’t know whether they were going to be able to squeeze me in or not but surely enough they did. Not only did the doctor prescribe me with some awesome eye drops the ladies up front did a superb job as well. They made sure I was taken care of. I had to have glasses THAT day so they fitted and cut the glass lenses for me within 10 mins. This place will take care of you
