Custom created according to your ideas, your personality, your celebration and every cake and cookie is always made with only the freshest ingredients. Sourcing out the best local eggs, dairy fresh cream, sweetest butter and fresh raspberries or strawberries, we NEVER cut corners.

Bottom line, if you can think it, no matter how simple or wacky, we can probably make it. If we can’t, no one can!

History

Established in 1993.

Lisa and Stephen met while attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, NY, graduating in 1986 and tied the knot in Greenwich in 1988. Both graduated with honors and spent several years honing their skills at various fine dining establishments and top hotels. Lisa also went on to study at The International Pastry Arts Center, where she graduated first in her class.

When Lisa approached Stephen about opening a custom design cake business, Stephen would have you believe that he was less than skeptical. But as all good husbands’ do, he agreed and it proved to an excellent choice. Sweet Lisa’s Exquisite Cakes was born in April 1993 and they haven’t looked back since.
