We are associated with The Drawing Room Boutique, Café and Art Gallery run by Kenleigh & Mike Larock and are ‘open’ Tues-​Friday, but available most any time by appointment. Serving multiple family generations for a very long time! We work at the speed of life and are able to provide products and services in a timely tasteful manner at a tempo that fits your needs and time frame.

Karen’s Interiors & Design Studio has evolved as a family run business in Greenwich since 1971 starting out as an in-​stock dealer of fine fabrics and notions, to today serving our Fairfield and Westchester County clients competitively priced decorative products and custom design services and furnishings.

We are associated with the Drawing Room Boutique, Café and Art Gallery where Kenleigh & Mike Larock have created a collective of relevant home furnishings, accessories, and fine art from local and regional artists. So our multi-​generational collective is ready to serve your aesthetic decorative needs. We welcome your visit!

Meet the Business Owner

Karen S.

Business Owner

Karen is a well know Greenwich Artist, Designer and retailer. She attends to her clients most mid weeks and can otherwise be found painting at her farm in NH or studio in Pawleys Island, SC. She is the mother of Kenleigh Larock, who along with her husband, Michael, have developed the Drawing Room Boutique, Café, and Fine Art Galleries housed in our historical building enclave in the middle of Greenwich (Cos Cob). Karen’s second daughter, Cameron is a fine art painter and is living in Bernardston Ma along with her husband Jonathan and daughter Winslow.

With her sensitivity surrounding color, lighting, shade and balance, Karen is well know for bringing a harmonious color palette, balanced with the right textures and proportions to any living space. She has developed a network of tried and true decorative resources to make your house your home in a timely fashion and within your budget.
