We went in last night for a milkshake. We ordered with a guy and he looked totally confused as if I’d asked him to perform brain surgery. Then he just walked away. He finally sent over a girl who barely spoke English. She asked in very poor English what I wanted and I told her that I’d already placed the order with the guy. They chatted back and forth in Spanish and I understood based on their conversation that he did not speak English. How do you hire a person who doesn’t speak English? Seriously, this is ridiculous. I’ve lived in 2 foreign countries and the first thing I did was learn the language. I’m not going back in this store again.

This Dunkin Donuts is fast, efficient, and friendly. Everything a Dunkin Donuts place should be. I have been coming here since we moved to Cos Cob five years ago.
The coffee is good. I am an ice coffee fanatic and they always have it — strong and fresh. For a fast food chain it’s pretty good! Love the jelly donuts and sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant.
People are always nice and work hard to keep the place looking great and provide great customer service.
One thing I never knew was that they make the ice cream cakes fresh. I have seen them do it and it’s an art. Plus they are really good!

WORST dd ever! I ordered a large iced cinnamon coffee light and sweet w milk. He asked if I wanted cream or any sugar. Like are you kidding me?! Then made my coffee a medium. My bf ordered a hot coffee they made his an iced coffee. When I asked the guy who made my bagel if he toasted it dark with butter he didn’t even speak English so he didn’t know what I was asking. Another customer came back in while we waited for them to fix our coffees, and they forgot the egg on the bacon egg and cheese he ordered… never left more pissed off leaving a dd before in my life! If I could give 0 stars I would. I just left there now so whatever staff was working there now is TERRIBLE!

We all know America runs on Dunkin so this place every morning has a line out the door which can make you feel frustrated before you even enter the building, but they have great staff working there to get you in an out as fast as possible with no mistakes. It is good to know I can stop by here in the morning on my way to work without having to take too much time out of my already hectic commute to work. I LOVE their Iced tea!!!
