ThaiCookingHouse offers hands-​on private Thai cooking classes for every level of student. Students can learn how to prepare an array of authentic Thai dishes from non-​spicy to spicy, appetizers, desserts, soups, curries and much more.

Public classes are available through Linn Benton Community College, Corvallis, OR, Lane Community College, Eugene, OR, and Kelly’s Cooking School, Salem, OR

ThaiCookingHouse also offers authentic Thai recipes on the recipes page. 1 – 3 new recipes are added monthly. In addition, information on many Thai ingredients is offered on the glossary page, along with notes about dishes.
