Specialty sausages made in Oregon plus all beef hotdogs from Chicago and our new Burger DAWG (a ¼ pound seasoned beef pattie shaped to fit our great DAWG buns.

Pile on your own fresh condiments including 3 relish choices, kraut, pickle spears, lettuce onions, tomatoes, pineapple slaw, jalapenos, and pepperoncini. Also you can choose any or all of our 11 sauces.

History

Established in 2010.

Roxy Dawgs began in the fall of 2010, from local owners Marc and Connie Barnes’ love of fine sausages and yummy fresh local organic salads. In August of 2012 new owners Kurt and Curtis began focusing on the DAWG part of the menu. They have added a chilled, slef-​serve condiment bar that offer a dozen toppings plus 11 sauces. Other additions include a tornado fry (spiral cut whole potatoe double fried and seasoned with salt, pepper or garlic parm) and a Buger DAWG (A seasoned beef pattie shaped to fit our great DAWG bun.

I enjoy coming here with friends and kids. It’s laid back, not too expensive if you’re feeding a group of people and there’s something for just about everyone. The tornado fries are great! Employees are very nice when I’ve been there and make the food fast.
It can be crowded, so think about coming in a little before or after peak meal times.

This was my first visit and it was fantastic. The line between customer and employee here is blurred in the best way here. You’re able to have friendly conversation just like you were talking to just about anyone else and it’s a great feeling. Oh, and the food is great! Cooked just right, and the fact that you put all your own condiments on with the variety they have is fantastic since it gives you so many chances to experiment and find a new favorite. I will definitely be coming here more often!

First time at roxy today! Great food but what I found exceptional was the service. Curtis was so accommodating friendly and welcoming and because of that I will definitely return. They have a map where you add a pin to the place you’re from which I thought was really fun. This is a cool small place on Monroe and hopefully you get Curtis because he’s awesome!

Great place to satisfy your hot dog cravings!
Oooo and the cookies! I mentioned to my bf that they looked flat, but ordered 2 anyways. The toffee and the white chocolate/​macadamia nut were unbelievably delicious. Don’t let the flatness of them steer you away. We ate both before our hot dogs even came out. This was obviously going to be an indulgent night for us.
Tons of toppings and sauces to make any kind of hot dog you could dream up, and they have suggestions on the wall as well. I went with a regular dog with sauerkraut and mustard, my bf went with the bacon and cheese (beaver) dog, also excellent.
First time check in and get a free order of tornado fries! Delicious. I dipped in chipotle mayo for an extra kick.
Super friendly and quick service. Stop by, you won’t be dissapointed.

Ok. This place rocks! The variety in the toppings bar is creative, fresh and plentiful. Great prices and simple straight forward menu that has a little something for everyone. There are countertop trivia cards and when I asked about the fries the (owner/​manager?) offered to fry up some samples. Pretty impressive. Check it out :)

I got the Regular Roxy Dawg…¼ LBs of pure tasty Beef Hot Dawg! They have endless toppings and my Dawg was the «Dawg of the day» so I got a drink, cookie and Dawg for $ 5.75! Not bad :-) and on top of all that they had a deal where you checkin on Unilocal and get a FREE tornado fry. So to sum it all up I got ALOT OF GOOD FOOD for a good price :-)!

I love roxy dawgs after a night out, I usually don’t eat it for lunch because I really don’t crave greasy food during the day. However, this place really is delicious, and the prices are great! I recommend ordering their daily specials because you get a lot of food for $ 5.75! Their cookies are so soft and delicious, and my favorite hot dog is the beaver dog, which is stuffed with bacon. YUM

I eat here at least a couple times a month and always get the beaver dawg. Condiments are all solid. Big selection of bottled craft soda. Don’t know how anyone could not like this place (and I’m as picky as anyone, having graduated culinary school and cooked in some fine dining joints). Owner is super nice and they’re open late AND they’re across the street from campus.
