Decided to try out this restaurant. Haven’t been here since it was El Presidente. The service was great and it seems cleaner then when it was El Presidente. My husband had a blackberry margarita which was pretty tasty. The salsa was just OK. My husband liked the beans with bacon on it(I don’t like refried beans). The food was pretty good. Not as good as Los Dos Amigos in Albany, which is our go to Mexican restaurant. The enchilada was kind of small and the sauce was sort of sweet. But over all it was a decent experience. We’d go back again

I went here with family, a small group of us on Sunday for lunch. The service we received from the gentlemen bringing our delicious food and drinks was top notch, prompt, polite and friendly. I ordered an enchilada with cheese, small combo plate with beans and rice and also had guacamole. They served us fresh chips and salsa and bean dip as we sat down and promptly took our drink orders. The chips and salsa were excellent, I didn’t have the bean dip as I don’t eat meat at lunch, but noticed the plate was empty when we left! Our food was served hot on hot plates and brought to our table with a smile and friendly service. My enchilada was authentic and perfectly filled with warm melting cheese with a nice red chili sauce, These almost taste like the ones I make at home in SoCal. The rice was perfect and the refried beans nice and fresh, I also loved the guacamole. Everyone really enjoyed their food and lunch here, excellent food and service! I highly recommend Los 3 Reales, I am happy I found this authentic Mexican restaurant in Corvallis, this will be my go to place for Mexican food when I visit family in Corvallis! Thank you Los 3 Reales for the excellent food and service!

Don’t let the exterior of the building, which is a little drab looking, scare you away! We were pleasantly surprised after going inside. Separate bar and dining area is huge with seating for many customers. First off we were promptly seated in a booth of our choice and chips, tasty salsa and bean dip were immediately served to our group of 6. Every one ordered different selections and they were all very good. Wait service was excellent with 3 different servers keeping a close eye on our needs. Prices are reasonable and we will definitely return in the near future. I would rate it 5 stars but I didn’t seem to think it was real authentic Mexican food like a couple of my favorites are but darn good.

Best Corvallis has to offer. I’m from SoCal and know my Mexican food. These guys use super fresh ingredients and it shows. Quality over quantity here. The bummer is that they aren’t in downtown(they’re close though.). It drives me crazy that this place isn’t always packed. It’s definitely a location thing though. I’d eat there everyday if I could walk there downtown. Wish they’d take over Rivas.

My partner and I are from Arizona, so we are picky about Mexican food. I don’t like small, crowded places so I was pleased this was a big restaurant with booths. We rdered fajitas and mole enchiladas. We also got guacamole and flan. All the food was excellent, but particularly the fajitas and the guac. The portions were plentiful. The chips were hot and they kept the soda and chips coming with excellent, friendly service. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, as well.

Absolutely phenomenal, authentic Mexican food. Great place, friendly service, awesome food, and somewhere that I’ll be recommending to my friends, looking for something more than a drive-thru Taco Bell.

Ok, I finally found a very good Mexican restaurant in Corvallis! I had been reading about this place on Unilocal and thought I would give it a try. I mostly do take-out from restaurants and I am frequently disappointed. Not this time! I ordered the Chicken Fajitas dinner and it was HUGE! It was also very tasty. The beans were good, the rice was good, there was lots of tender juicy chicken and lots of onions and bell peppers(including red bell peppers, my favorites). The dinner came with sour cream and guacamole(both packaged separately), flour tortillas, and surprise… surprise…surprise, a bag of chips and a container of really good salsa! I have never gotten chips and salsa with a take out dinner at a Mexican restaurant before. I guess the others think if you don’t sit down to eat there, you don’t need chips and salsa. Either that or they are too cheap to give them with take-out dinners. They charge the same price, so why not give the diner everything that goes with a meal? Los 3 Reales does! The price of the dinner might be considered high by some diners, but for the size of the servings and with everything that was included, I thought it was quite reasonable. I’m not a big eater so I ended up saving half for dinner tomorrow night. I’ll be back frequently. Finally a great Mexican restaurant in Corvallis.

We went in for dinner, based on other reviews. The service was great. The food was wonderful. I loved the fact that they bring a bean dip sprinkled with bacon in addition to the salsa, which was actually spicy. After our meal we were delighted to receive a fabulous little dessert tortilla. A crispy flour tortilla triangle, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and topped with a fluff of whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce! Wow! What a great treat!

The food is solid and delicious, but the best thing about this place is the hospitality. You’re greeted with authenticity, and the staff are attentive, kind, and warm throughout your meal. A weekly staple for us!

Good food. Had the carne asada house burrito. Lots of meat with good flavor. Salsa was also fairly tasty. Chips were average and prices were good. Huge place with a bar and had a good drink menu. I bet it would be a good place to watch the game.

The bean dip they bring to the table has bacon on top — warning to Vegetarians. It’s still delicious, eat around it! Had veggie fajitas and the vegetables are fresh(you can tell not frozen or canned) and plentiful. Staff are very friendly. Had leftovers for two more dinners!

Visiting Oregon for the first time, and I never would’ve thought we would find an authentic Mexican restaurant out here in Corvallis! We checked in to the Holiday Inn Express Corvallis on the River(also excellent, by the way, but that’s another review), and it was late so we decided to walk across the street and try the Mexican restaurant. It was after 9PM, and we didn’t find out until later they were closing at 9:30. We only found out because I was looking them up on Unilocal as we were waiting for our food to be served. They didn’t seem bothered at all that we walked in 15 minutes before closing. In fact, they greeted us so warmly! As some of the other Unilocal reviewers had mentioned, the owner(who was the 1st to greet us, I later found out) seemed to genuinely care about the service he provided to his customers. He really appreciates your business, which many businesses no longer seem to do anymore. His staff was so excellent and attentive and very patient. The food was excellent and the portions were huge! We ordered a Carne Asada burrito($ 11.25) and a burrito & enchilada plate(around $ 12). As we waited, they gave us tortilla chips, salsa & this yummy bean dip thing with bacon and other stuff mixed in. It was yummy! I ordered a strawberry Margarita($ 4.50). .awesome! I would’ve had a second Margarita but it was late, and I had to wake up early the next morning.(Yeah, I sound old, huh?) We had enough left over to feed the both of us for lunch the next day! We ordered take out for our teen child… Burrito plate which came with refried beans, rice, etc($ 9.25). They packed it up with an extra bag of chips and a container of salsa for my daughter without me even asking for it! The burrito was huge! Imagine 2 taco bell burritos connected end-to-end and fatter! Food. .5 stars. Customer Service…10 stars! BTW, we are from Hawaii and doing a 3-wk trek through the west coast touring over 16 college campuses and towns. So far, Corvallis has made a great impression on us with the service we received at both this restaurant and at the Holiday Inn. The people have been great, and the neighborhood is beautiful!

We first went on a nostalgic whim since it was the place to go back in college. It is under new management and we are still so happy we went. The food is delicious, service is fast, mangers will come and check in with you, and most of all margaritas are the best in town!

This restaurant was great. The owner/manager obviously cares and wants to make your visit perfect. The food was yummy and portions were generous. Plenty of homemade guacamole which is always a good benchmark. My little kids loved the mild salsa — homemade without the heat. I don’t remember ever getting that at a Mexican restaurant before. Another nice touch that other Unilocalers mentioned was the complimentary bean dip and sopaipilla — both tasty and again, my kids lived them. The service was excellent — so friendly and attentive. The only downside, was the atmosphere. We were the only ones in there. But that’s because it was evening on Easter. I could barely get my husband to go in when he saw the barren parking lot but we were all glad we did. We drove down to take our OSU son to dinner and we will be back.(Hopefully a bit livelier next time.) It is so nice to give our business to a restaurant working so hard to make it’s customers satisfied. Go here — you won’t regret it! Oh, and awesome Fresca Margaritas!

Mexican restaurants have taken on a kind of lore in my group of friends. The basic construct goes: it is late, you are probably lost or wanting to be, and then The Mexican Restaurant appears and it renews your belief in the world(or, at least, in Corvallis). I’m here to tell you: Los 3 Reales is The Mexican Restaurant. The kindest people, the yummiest of grub; you can talk too loudly, you can take too long to order because you’re too busy eating the salsa and bacon-y bean yum that appears without ceremony when you sit down; it can be your birthday and they’ll place a heavy and strangely flattering sombrero on your head and sing you happy birthday. It will be great. I promise.

Try the new Margaritas! So I must say this place has really gotten there feet under them and are doing so awesome. The food is great and they keep improving it all the time! They now have an optional margarita mix they are making in house with fruit juices and real sugar, no sketchy chemicals and preservatives like in the mix used at most bars. Well it tastes as good as you would hope for, simply fantastic. They seem to constantly be updating recipes and finding great ingredients. We go here often and about half the time they say they have something new to try. This last time it was the Margarita mix, the time before they have a new chili relleno that was great, and the time before that it was a new salsa. You can tell the owner really wants to do a great job. This place is always improving and we couldn’t be happier.
