I contacted Mr. Heilig to resolve an issue I was having with a neighbor about a fence and shared driveway use. On our initial phone conversation Mr Heilig had initially boasted that he was a Sicilian and he would get things done. After a few emails, one bill (that I paid), NO in person meetings with Mr Heilig but a face to face with a lackey, and one voicemail, they withdrew. They chose not to explain the issues so I had a better understanding or engage in any discourse with me.
