Lost key data on my desktop computer, including a ten years’ worth of painstakingly gathered material for a planned book. Apparently failed to conduct thorough backup of register before working with it. Not recommended for difficult jobs (this was to remove the infamous A-​Secure malware). May do OK on simpler tasks.

Excellent service! I still can’t believe Bob was able to pick up my laptop from my work the morning I called and then fixed everything so I had the laptop later that same day. This saved me so much time and stress. And I so appreciate great service like this. Definitely recommend to others.
