Great service! In and out in 15 minutes! Coffee, lollipops and dog bones available in the waiting room. Friendly and knowledgable staff!

Please do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Horrible service. The person who took care of me who happens to be the manager told me they were taking my car in right away. Another car pulls up as I’m waiting and he proceeds to service their vehicle. I took my car and left.

The salt and peppered haired man running the shop was rude immediately when I walked in and asked how long the wait would be before I left my vehicle so I could go grocery shop down the block. That’s a common question, don’t come at me like I’m being out of line with a basic «how long is the wait?». When I stood up at the counter to ask a question he walked up to me and told me my car was not ready (I can see that) Not «can I help you?». Get a new job buddy, you are obviously miserable and it shows.

Quick oil change is good, but they are dishonest pushing for people to buy extras. Every single person who came in was told they should get a new air filter and use the more expensive oil. Another goody is showing various fluids and explaining that they are dirty and should be replaced. Oh and my brand new windshield wiper should be replaced. Disgraceful. Won’t come back.

I’m giving them 2 stars because I was literally in and out in 5 minutes for an oil change. Seeing as it was a Friday after work, that made me happy. Also, the young man who actually did my oil change was very polite, as was the one who took my car in.
What did NOT make me happy however, was the Spanish person behind the register who spoke to me like I was an idiot. He tried to sell me some extra engine service (I’m not even sure what it was as he wouldn’t explain) by telling me that my car had NO OIL in it when I pulled in. I tried to explain politely, that the car was just at Toyota for a warranty repair and if it was something related, I would take it back. So then he looks at my records and sees that my maiden name was Spanish and proceeds to explain to me in Spanish (just in case I’m too stupid to understand in English?).
I wasn’t sure if I should laugh or be insulted. Although fluent in both languages, I was born and raised in NY and speak perfect English. I also know very well what happens to a car if the engine has no oil, thank you. I politely asked him to just do the oil change and I would address whatever other issues the car had with Toyota. He gave me a flippant attitude and when I asked him what the problem was that he thought he saw, he said he didn’t know? HELLO? So what were you going to sell me?
Not nice! This was my second time there and I was reluctant to return, and now I remember why. I won’t be back… The 5 minute oil change is nice, but the condescending rudeness, I could do without.

the fellows acually doing the work and changing the oil were pleasant and capable, but the guy at the counter was dirty, spoke so-​so english, and didnt honor my coupon

The service here has been slipping but this last visit will most likely be my last visit here. It actually took them as long to check me out as it did to do the oil change itself! Yup 20 minutes for the oil change and 20 minutes to ring me out. Not only that, they did not reset the vehicle so a week after I left the change oil message was coming on.

Wi-​fi while you wait is nice, but noisy and not exactly jiffy lube speed or price. Oil Change and Tire rotation was more than $ 60, which I thought was a bit high.
