I am a NYS Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over twelve years experience in the Real Estate field. I put all of my experience to work in the specialty of Property Tax Grievance. On a daily basis I review homeowners assessments, at no charge, and inform the homeowner whether their assessment is fair.
