7 Valley Developers Inc

I agree with Daren on the router and the people living here, but I don’t hear rodents. This place is a blast from the past for sure (an actual room KEY, no credit cards, the prices, wonky wifi) but not in an entirely bad way.

Not good. I came here with my kids, thinking it would be close to SUNY Cortland, how bad could it be right?
OH, wow! yah, bad.
There were rodents running around in the walls and on the ceilings, my kids couldn’t sleep.
Then there was a gas leak, they have really old appliances, so I guess something leaked.
I let the owner know, who is also the manager, and her brother, who is also the snow plow guy and the gas repairman, and everything else, but not qualified for any of it.
They came over and said, «yah, we don’t smell anything» and left.
Than the internet. You have to stand next to the router which is in the hallway, on top of the steps to get signal, if you don’t trip over the cord and fall down the stairs.
I paid them in advance for the whole week before coming out, mainly because they told me that they were booked. Well, it turns out that we were the only room occupied, except for the group of individuals that actually live there taking up about three rooms.
Then to top it all off, I found out that they don’t actually change the blankets, they only change the sheets, and only once per week.
Needless to say, we left early, I asked for my money back but the «manager» told me that they do not issue partial refunds.
I have to say, I was really disappointed, I heard this place was OK, but, no even close.
Just because someone smiles and plays gospel music in the lobby does not mean they are honest, or that they will provide you with a clean place to stay.
Let me save you the trouble, don’t come here.
It’s actually kind of funny that they try to mask the name of their motel by calling it 7 Valleys Developers Inc., simply so that people cannot leave reviews of the real condition of their business.
This place is inexpensive, but not worth it.
There are a few places really close, and the Country Inn and Suites is right next to the stadium entrance, much better.
