Time Crunch gym has been a savior for me; I’ve had shoulder surgery and hip issues, and Vicki has put together a rotating routine that has be enormously helpful. I’m not only a lot stronger, but I have a lot less pain in those areas. Both Vicki and Gabe are extremely attentive and they put together a highly customized workout that works specifically for you. Absolutely the best work for the busy professional. In just 20′ twice a week I’ve strength and toned muscles. The staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, and they make the routines engaging. Very personalized, the workouts are simply a must for folks on the go.

I have worked out twice/week for several years @ Xgym, recently renamed Timecrunch, with consistently positive results. Gabe is a conscientious and highly skilled and motivating trainer. Each session is 20 intense minutes. Rambo has nothing on me. I am fit and strong and highly recommend Timecrunch.

Great work out with minimal time commitment. Definitely not for gym rats. I have joined gyms before and never seemed to find the time. Here I have a specific appointment, twice a week. This is something most people can fit into their schedule and I found that I make it a priority to go to this appointment. Been doing this for years now and I am a true believer in this method of training. Just go and you will be glad you did.

I can’t recommend Time Crunch more! For years I had tried to get a regular strengthening routine going but failed. I felt like I just couldn’t make the time available or I would get discouraged. When a friend recommended Time Crunch and its unique approach — «Twenty minutes, twice per week» — I was skeptical. But I started seeing results within about a month, when my persistent lower back pain lessened and I felt stronger in my core during hikes and other activities. Now, a year later, the difference is dramatic. I am stronger throughout my body, I’ve lost weight, the back pain is gone, and I feel ten years younger. Another thing: Gabe and Vicki have taught me so much about how to utilize the muscles in my body properly; my awareness of how I move and use my strength has developed in ways that I didn’t have on my radar. And the whole thing has been quite enjoyable, as well, as Gabe and Vicki are both extaordinarily kind, patient, and caring people. I am so glad I found this place. Andrew
