What is Pilates?
«In 10 sessions you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions you will see the difference. And in 30 sessions you will have a brand new body»
Pilates is one of the most popular exercise systems in the country. Indeed, one of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, and it is welcomed by seniors, people who are at various stages of physical rehabilitation, and it is also excellent for pre and post natal women.
People report are that they become stronger, longer, leaner and are more able to do anything with grace and ease.
Modification is easy which makes it so successful for so many people. All the exercises are developed with modifications that can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level.
The Pilates method emphasizes quality over quantity. Pilates relys more on precision of form, and yields significant results in a shorter time than one might imagine.
