These people are the best. «Mom and Pop» shop that knows the deals and the business and will give you the inside deal that benefits you more than the wireless carrier. Plus any time I have had a problem with any of many phones, they fix it while I wait and I pay nothing to very little. These guys are like having a family member in the phone business. Seriously!

I ask a lot of John and he seems to give more and more each time. These guys know their stuff, are friendly and take the time to explain technical things to you. I would not even think about going anywhere else for my cell phone needs, Nexcomm Wireless is the best plain and simple.

Upon exiting the Best Buy store in San Rafael, I found a Nexcomm Wireless business card on the windshield of my car. Handwritten on the card was an apology for hitting my car and an offer to pay for the damage. I had DentPro do the work ($ 150) and the crease in the body was gone. I was reimbursed by the person who left the card and am very impressed by their honesty and concern. Based on my experience, I would do business with these people all day long!

What can I say, they are amazing. Every time we have been there, they have helped us in one way or another. So we decided to drive past our local sprint store, buy all our family new phones there from now on. Always the best service, quietly attentive, and always the best results. You can’t go wrong!!!

Maybe I’m just lucky. My friend told me there was a $ 55 minimum ‘no insurance’ fee Sprint charges to repair a broken Treo. Well my Treo was broken and I came here. The tech opened up while I waited, cleaned some contacts, closed it up and it worked. Best of all there was NO charge. I can’t think of how many electronic items I’ve had repaired where for even turning a screw there was a $ 50 fee. If you’ve got Sprint repairs this place is it.
