Chef Andreas, owner of Harbor Inn Restaurant & Club, knows what it takes to put on elegant events with spectacular cuisine. New and exciting changes are once again in the works for Harbor Inn as the owners continually strive to

provide area residents with the finest lakeside dining experience around. Chef Andreas Kotsifos will soon

bring his culinary talents to this popular waterfront restaurant as the new Owner and Executive Chef.

Chef Andreas was born in Heraklion, Crete, an island located in the southern part of Greece. At the

age of eight, he moved to Athens where, very early on, he was deemed to be a «perfectionist.» Chef
