After buying a set of tires at discount tires about a year and a half ago, I’ve had only fantastic experiences dealing with them. They are always courteous and prompt and polite and their service is second to none! I would never buy tires any where else!

Went in for a rotation… Kiddos to them for honesty! The service guy said when they installed the tire, the old sensor fell inside the tire and ruined it. The gave me a new tire on the spot and admitted fault. That’s an important quality in a company!

On vacation, 10 hour trip ahead of us, got a nail in tire, Albert H had us in and out in 30 minutes!!! AWESOME service, offered us water and coffee. The 19.50 $ for the replacement/​certificate meant our tire that we got a few months ago didn’t cost us a thing. Thank you all so much!

Went and had two tires put on my Ford Ranger. Best price in town for the tires and instillation. What makes this a three star instead of a five is when I got ready to leave noticed that tires on passenger side looked funny. When I checked them against the drivers side it dawned on me that they had left the center caps off the tires on the passenger side. Had to ask the technician to retrieve them and put them on the truck. He did and all was good. If I hadn’t notice though I would be without my two caps.

Fast, courteous service. Been coming here for nearly 10 years and this time was no different. My car was in and out with a new set of 4 tires, consultation to installation, in 45 minutes. They even beat Wal-Mart’s price on the tires I bought.

I went in for a slow leak, and learned my dealer installed a tire with a twisted bead. Discount Tire refused to put it back on the car, and I figured I was in for high pressure to buy tires. Instead they GAVE me a used tire to replace the bad one so I would not have to drive on the donut spare. They told me that my dealer should never have placed the tire on the car and they should replace it.
Discount Tire did me good and I know from where I will buy my next set.

Great Service. They were fast once my car was pulled into the garage. They all work as a team, which is nice to see. But if you are Military dont expect a discount because i was told on the phone yes but when i got there it was a NO.

Got there at 7:50 am with a line of atleast 10 out the door and figured it would take forever to be seen. Right at 8:00am they opened the doors and all the employees hustled to get to the customers and ran to get the cars to start working. Very professional staff, and good service as far as I could tell.
