Owned and operated by same owner since April, 1998. Outdoor patio expansion in 2002; enclosure for indoor seating and other improvements done in 2010. Authentic Greek recipes from owner’s parents and grandparents.

Spiro C.
Business Owner
Spiro is a first generation Greek — American, as both of his parents were born in separate villages near Olympia, Greece. An orthodontist and professor of Dentistry at UCLA for 27 years. Started Spiro’s Gyros in April of 1998 with the aid of his good friend George, who was in the restaurant business for over 40 years. Spiro has been involved in the business aspect of Spiro’s Gyros since its inception in 1998. The recipes used in the restaurant are authentic, and «borrowed» from Spiro’s parents and grandparents.
