We offer a vast array of semiprecious gemstones designed into unique necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings.

History

Established in 1998.

Dolores began this business with a purchase of 20 pearl necklaces in Vietnam to help the women in a village. Almost 20 years later Dolores is still traveling to find unique jewelry from around the world to offer to our customers.

Business Owner

Dolores Forsythe, after retiring from her consulting business, began traveling with her husband to many foreign countries. During their trip to Vietnam, Dolores was moved by the plight of the women there. After lengthy discussions with the director of the Vietnamese Women’s Union she decided to help in two ways, one by bringing their beautiful pearl jewelry to the US market and secondly by contributing to a micro loan program which would help women become more self-​reliant and start their own businesses.

Since that time Dolores and Allan have traveled to many other countries to buy jewlery. «The name dForsythe Pearls no longer describes what we offer in our shop and on our website. We’ve added a tag time «unique jewelry from around the world». Our collection now includes many one of a kind pieces from Denmark, Cambodia, Loas, Turkey, Bali, India, Thailand, England and Nepal.
