I had the most amazing experience working with James at WCAG! Not only did James give me a better deal than I could have found anywhere else on a 2011 Toyota Camry XLE with only 37,000 miles, but he also went the extra mile, actually the extra 350 miles, by delivering the car to me in Northern California. This dealer was professional and accommodating and provided a great bargain with phenomenal customer service! Thanks James and West Coast Auto Group. You have earned a loyal customer for life!

A family member of mine had thee worst car buying experience a woman could ever experience. Mark the guy who assissted her in her purchase was very unprofessional, manipulative, and deceiving. There were repairs that the car needed prior to purchase that he failed to disclosed. Not only that, he refused to make the necessary repairs, told her to use her warranty, and started to reject her calls. He was not accommodating, he made her drive 40+ miles to correct the mistakes that he still will not make good on. It is disgusting how boys not men, will take their positions, and abuse their abilitiy to prey on single hard working mothers to make a quick buck. He will not be blessed for that. I will never do business with that guy Mark, and would not advise anyone else to do business with him either. Good luck to this business with this guy there.
