TriCounty Eye Institute has set the standard of eye care in the Inland Empire since 1988. We have a 10,000 sq. ft. facility, which contains state-​of-​the-​art ophthalmic diagnostic equipment, in house optical refinishing lab, AAAHC Accredited Surgery Center and LASIK suite! Having a team of 6 doctors allows us to take care of all of your vision care needs under one roof.

The girls and guys here are the best and do a great job… very nice and fast workers… came in and got my sons glasses adjusted and it took about 15mim… he sat on them and has bifocals so they need to be right on… did a great job

I absolutely love having Tricounty Eye for my preferred vision center. I come annually around my birthday for my yearly exam and I am always greeted with a beautiful mini birthday cake. I not only feel spoiled with a little gift but I love Dr. Katy Wan, she is so thorough and just great.

My fiancé has been coming to this facility for over 3 years today was suppose to be first appointment with them, my appointment was for 1:15 and my fiancé was for 1:00 we arrived st 1:20 because we were in an accident on the fwy I called ahead to let them know, I am not able to be seen because I had to give the appointment to my fiancé since he’s been a customer longer .
I don’t appreciate the attitude I got from the front desk both girls were extremely rude. Every time my fiancé comes here orders have been done incorrectly. If they truly cared about customer service they could have seen me also. I do not recommend this place at all, the front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

The doctors are nice but the staff is borderline rude. They just act like you’re bothering them. Everytime I walk in they look like you’re bothering them. No small talk or conversation. Any conversation is geared for buying an extra service like glasses. Will be switching to a different optometrist soon

I wore glasses for 9 years and I finally got tired so I went to TryCounty Eye Institute to get information about LASIK. The staff is awesome and Dr. Schneider is amazing. I got my surgery done in August of 2015 and since then I have been happy with my surgery. If you are looking into getting LASIK done I recommend this place 100%

I was wearing glasses since I was 12 yrs old and I just got my lasik eye surgery here with Dr. Schneider. Best decision I have ever done, wished I should have done it sooner. The whole staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Had a great experience from consultation process to surgery date. The doctor and nurses walk you through the entire lasik process while doing it making it super comfortable and painless. Definitely will refer this place. My vision is 20/20!i

5+ stars. I haven’t been to an optometrist in about 10 years. Finally went because at 48 yrs old it’s starting to take a few seconds to focus. My brother and sister in law referred my wife and she was very pleased also so I thought «why not».Everyone here was so nice. Lindsay explained everything she was doing as she did the pre check up before seeing Dr. McKenzie. When Dr. McKenzie came in he was very personable and also explained everything in layman terms. Diagnosis was that it was up to me if I wanted to start now with reading glasses or wait until the focusing gets annoying. There was no hard selling that I needed glasses, which isn’t what happend 10 years ago at another eye center when my eyes were even better. I would definitely recommend Tri Country Eye Institute to family and friends.

Called in morning and was able to walk-​in and see the dr. Did have to wait about an hr but that was ok. So I was told to call the next morning if my eye pain didn’t go away, which it didn’t, so was prescribed a gel eye drop which had $ 35 copay. The pharmacist said she could call the dr and have alternative eye drop prescribed. This was in the morning. Now at 6pm, dr’s office have not called back the pharmacist with alternative eye drop and my eyes are killing me. I tried calling the office and yup, they’re closed (although Unilocal says they’re open ’til 7pm).
I don’t know what people see in this office but ladies at the desk are not helpful at all. The only nice ppl were dr’s nurses. I will not return to this office again.

I can’t brag about this place enough. I would get my glasses from here and nothing but professionalism from the office staff to the doctors. A month ago I got LASIK surgery and I’ve been loving my new set of eyes! The procedure was painless and easy. Dr. Schneider talks you through the whole thing and genuinely cares about you! Love, love this place. Telling all my friends, family, strangers, and more to make sure you come to Tri County for all your vision needs and more.

Highly recommend you go here! The doctor explains it so well for lasik needs and makes you feel very comfortable during the procedure. I was so freaked out but thankfully the nurse gave me a little monkey stuffed animal to pull on. I was very nervous about the procedure but with the staff it was easy to stay calm. I highly recommend this location for your lasik procedure. Painless procedure by the way. I know a lot of people are nervous but he truly is one to trust with your vision care.

I wish I had extra stars to give out to this institute as they exceeded all my expectations. From the very first phone call their services were friendly, professional and welcoming. I recently did have the laser/​lasik eye surgery done and I wish I had done it so so many years sooner. The procedure it self is amazing and definitely worth it if you are a qualified candidate, however having the right people and the surgeon is what really counts. I received the best quality care and treatment possible. Kylie is an absolute GEM! Yes, she is beautiful and sweet and charming but she is amazingly detailed in the information and so timely in getting back with you. She was even available on her day off, brownie points to her… of course the rest of the staff were wonderful as well.
As for Dr. Schneider, he is excellent in explaining the procedure and putting your mind at ease. He is super nice and pleasant, doesn’t rush you out and will spend enough time with you until you feel comfortable enough understanding your options.
Surgery could not have gone any better! If you have doubts, stop it and run to this place and get it done ASAP.
Thank you, I am so blessed to be able to see again without the aid of contacts and glasses, yes, I needed to have both!

I stopped by to see if they could take my prescription from another optometrist, and they said they could (: i set an appointment to pick out my glasses, i was helped by Lynise. She was such a great help! She asked me if i liked a certain style or brand. I told her i was looking for something to compliment my round, chubby face lol and she found me the perfect glasses! She was very helpful and extremely professional. Ive recommended her to several family member and coworkers. Theyve all been very pleased with her as well

Tri county eye, truly can’t say enough about the remarkable break through technology these folks use to help patients. The staff is very professional and tends to any needs big or small. You can walk in any day at any time and feel truly welcomed. The young ladies do whatever they can to make your visit as easy as possible. Janet was very helpful and really sweet.

What a great experience to say the least! Took my grandma in to get her eyes done and she cannot stop ranting and raving about how nice Tiffany treated her!!!
I must say even while I was waiting for my grandma to be finished Tiffany treated me with the highest level of kindness and professionalism. There was always a smile on her face, even while interacting with other people waiting. I could tell it was sincere too and not just fake because she was at work.
Anyone who needs an eye treatment I will be referring them over to Tiffany at the eye institute!

Triycounty Eye Institute is located in Corona, more near the 91 then the 15. They have a nice location with friendly staff.
I went to get my eye checked by the Opthamologist because I was seeing flashes of light. He examined my eyes and took pictures of my eye. He didn’t find anything wrong, but even till Today I see the flashes.
The doctor was very easy to work with. I will probably need to go back once i’m back from Vacation.
