Fraud!!! These guys can’t be trusted! Don’t waste your time with these untrustworthy liars!

I recently replaced all the windows at my house with the Milgard Tuscany series windows. I got 3 quotes and TWG was the lowest. David came out to the house to get me an estimate and he showed up when he said he would. He measured the windows. We scheduled an installation date and the guys came out and installed the windows just as they said they would. Everyone at TWG’s was professional and courteous. The installations was clean and correct with no issues. Everything went off without a hitch. No issues, just good quality windows at an affordable price, done when they said and how they said. Couldn’t be happier with my new windows.

The only real good thing I can say about their window install is I have a window. We usually do window installs ourselves but they had a decent install price and we were strapped for time. Here are the cons:
1. Salesman measured the window from the bottom of a patio cover we repeatedly told him not to measure off of. It is being torn down and we wanted the window size as tall as possible. He insisted he took correct measurements, but guess what… He didn’t. He was below where we wanted the window to be.
2. Installer used rounded head screws, looks sloppy and I spoke to other companies, no one else does that.
3. We hired their stucco guy to also put stucco over a door opening we removed, since he was their for the window. He drilled in 3 inch screw for the lathe, about 2 inches longer than he needed, and almost punctured brand new electrical. The tip of the screws were resting on major wires. He could have killed himself! Sloppy and lazy!
4. Installers left drill and cigarette butts all over. I called the sales guy we had worked with, he acted indifferent and said to call the office. Not my job dude. You handle your stuff!
5. We had to re-​shim the window because it was a quarter inch off level.
If you want wham bam careless installation with zero company follow up these are he guys for you. See my other review for the window company that did a great job.

I just had 4 windows and a sliding door replaced by The Window Guys and I’m very happy that I chose them. The entire process from the quote to the ordering and installation went smoothly. Mark was very honest and not to mention he had the best price out of 3 different quotes I got for the same exact product.
I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services to everyone.

Window Guys did a great job. They replaced our worn out old slider with a new french door. Looks and works great. The Window Guys were neat and clean. In and out in about three hours. I highly recommend these guys.

In October 2014 we had the Window Guys replace the windows in our house and they did an excellent job.
In May 2015 we had them do one of our rentals, excellent job.
Now we moved and we are so spoiled by the quality of Milgard and the Window Guys that we are installing new windows in the new house.
It’s a no brainer, we have called the Window Guys back again.

I just had 10 window installed, including an dual slider and am very happy with the work and process. David, the salesman, quoted me a good price, lower than others I got to begin with. Then, it turned out that I got another $ 420 off of that when the installers were able to do the installs without the extra labor cost that I expected. The installers were prompt and quick. They cleaned up their mess and explained things well. I will definitely recommend the Window Guys to others.

I just had my windows replaced by this company. I made an appt. 2 weeks in advance to install because THEY wanted to make sure I’d be there. So, the day of the installation comes and they NEVER SHOWED UP. I called and the woman tells me they are stuck on another job! I told her I took a day off with no pay to make sure I was here for them. She didn’t offer any discount to make up for that. She was just «sorry.» I guess it’s easy when it’s not YOUR paycheck. I am happy with the windows and the actual installation. The price was neither good nor bad. Seemed average. I need more new windows but I won’t be going back. Had she offered me even a small discount for thier mistake they would have made a few more thousand off me!

We just had our whole house done… windows and slider. They left us happy! From the very beginning, they were great. They scheduled an estimate right away. Bill came to our house, and he explained what would be good options for us. He left us a written estimate with measurements! He didn’t push anything on us, and didn’t call us to pressure into buying.
I got 4 other estimates, and The Window Guys were by far the most affordable. I scheduled, and they showed up on time and finished early. They did a good, clean job. I noticed some dents on our garage door from the ladder possibly, but they left our house clean, and the windows look amazing! I highly recommend them.

John and his staff were wonderful to work with. The quoting process and scheduling were streamlined. I had eight windows replaced in my home and am very pleased with their quality of work. The techs that installed the windows kept their work area clean and made sure there was no collateral damage to the rest of my property. I’m definitely recommending TWGs to others.

I was referred to this company by a co-​worker to get windows replaced in my house. I called John about setting up an appointment with a quote and he returned my call right away. He came out to my house about two days later and was very professional, friendly, and provided me with a copy of his licensing certificate and photos of window styles, all without me even asking for it.
He quickly assessed my windows and emailed me a quote in 24 hours.
I have not made a decision about getting the windows done but so far this company is at the top of my list due to their efficiency, fast response time, and great customer service.

I originally looked to replace 5 front facing windows of our house since we were re-​landscaping the front yard and all attention was on our house. I shopped around for quotes and they were the most reasonably priced. I must admit, by nature initially I was a little skeptical. However, the installers were awesome. They arrived on time — got in and out and the windows are beautiful. We immediately got quotes for the remainder of the house and two slider doors. Once again, they arrived on time, were meticulous about keeping it clean and paying attention to details to assure no property damage. We couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend them without hesitation. I’m also told they do kitchen remodels so this may be our next project.

Called 3 days ago to make an appt. for a quote. I had to leave a message on an answering machine and it was during their business hours. This company still hasn’t called me back. They must be making millions and don’t need the business.

Very pleased with the lady that helped us in the showroom. Plenty of options available to view. We are still weighing the options, but the showroom and assistance we were shown was very well received.

We had a very good experience with The Window Guys. Their estimate was about $ 2,000 less than the lowest estimate we had previously obtained. We had eight windows and a French door replaced with Milgard Tuscany products, which we are very happy with. One of the windows was a garden window that we wanted to replace with a smaller horizontal slider window, which required quite a bit of fabrication inside and out. They did it and I was very pleased with the outcome. The stucco job was perfect! The installers (four young men) were professional and careful to protect our property. All of the work was completed in one day and to our satisfaction. The only negative point I can share, no fault of The Window Guys, is that the adhesive fumes used in installing the replacement windows and French door permeated the house for about a week. Not good! But we survived. Less than one year prior we had a large French door slider and two bedroom windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany products, but by another local company. We dealt with the same adhesive fumes then as well, but were happy with the quality of work. The reason why we did not go with the previous company is their estimates for the French door and garden window was WAY higher than The Window Guys estimate. Plus we saw that The Window Guys had a good reputation based on their reviews. Bottom Line: We highly recommend The Window Guys because from beginning to end our experience could not have been better. We were pleasantly surprised with the price and are very happy with the final product.

The Window Guys installed 19 replacement windows & a sliding door at my house in 2011 (sorry for the late review). Jaz came out and gave the estimate. Everything was up front. I got a total of 5 estimates. They came down in price to match a competitor that was quoting another product. For what I got, they were the most reasonable. I’m very glad I went with the Milgard Tuscany series. Almost 2 years later, windows have been excellent and very easy to open/​close. We couldn’t be happier with the Milgard sliding door. Love the well designed latch. Installation on everything was outstanding (very clean look). I had a positive experience with The Window Guys and would recommend them to others.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing all my windows and sliding doors. They did a really great job with some beautiful interior trim I wanted. Their prices were great, the installation supurb. Being in the wholesales building material business, I knew many businessess that I could use. I chose The Window Guys, beccasue they are stand up reliable and trustworthy folks whose experience is far greater than most.

I am a contractor and have used this company in a pinch as a sub. Brian met me at the site measured all the windows and made the order. The windows came in at a good price allowing me to make a profit margin and the installation was perfect. This is a very professional company and it was a pleasure working with them and I look forward to using them in another project when I need a sub. I believe you can be assured that they can get the job done right and very quickly. I had 12 windows installed by them with trim in a day perfectly.

We would like to thank the window guys; Sergio and Arelleo who did our window istallation, ok mostly Sergio! They did a great job, very professional and clean. Plus they had a great sense of humor. They put down carpet cover to keep our carpet clean. Great job very happy would highly recommend this two.

Beware of Fraud and Expensive Installer! Save your time and go else where. They prices are much higher and Brian the owner will tell you anything to get you to sign today. I showed him a quote for less. He said he could beat it. He emailed me a new quote, took out all the features and his price was still higher. When I emailed him, to inquired he never responded. I even call to office because I wanted to hear it from him directly. No response. He was too COWARD to admit he plays bait and switch and FALSE ADVERTISING.
