The Pumpkin Factory

The kids had a blast here. I was able to sign up and get some coupons, so it was a great night for an affordable amount. The only thing was they only accepted cash for food and drinks. I’ll have to remember that next time.

Very disappointed with the workers here. Some were either on their phone, unclear about directions, or looked really bored. They need to hire employees with better customer service. Also, my brother was playing in the water with the inflatable balls and we over heard the workers saying «We want to go home. I’m so over this.» & also referring to the little kids as stupid and making rude comments. They really need to re think their employees.

We visited on a Wednesday night, the kids enjoyed every minute! I wish they were open later, closing at 9pm seemed quite early, I found a lot of people surprised and disappointed even to 9:30pm would have been better! The staff were very friendly and helpful with the kids as they entered and exited the rides! We all had a great time!

We visited today (Tuesday) around 1pm and redeemed a Groupon we had purchased which included 9 ride tickets, 2 petting zoo tickets and a cup of food for the animals. Normally tickets are $ 10 for 10, with some rides costing 8 tickets, so getting the Groupon was a great deal, as each ride only used one ride ticket (the bubble and bungee took 2 each).
The kids loved it! Ours are 7, 5, and 3 and there were many things for each of them to do! There are some really fun rides — Euro Bubble, Bungee trampoline jumper, large fair-​type slide, a tractor pull, swings, and more. They also have games to play (balloon dart, ring toss, etc) but they require separate tickets.
Food is available for purchase — Nachos, hot dogs and pretzels are around $ 3 each. Bottled water was $ 2.
They did say it gets very busy at night especially on the weekends, so your experience may vary if you go then.
Every worker was super nice and helpful. Pumpkins were available for purchase, but for your money you would probably be better off getting them at Ralph’s for $ 3.99.
I would highly recommend this pumpkin patch and try to go during the day if you can when it’s less busy.

I had seen the average reviews but decided to go anyway because the photos seemed like it was good enough for my 3 year old to enjoy. The place is HORRIBLE it’s small and crowded, parking is terrible and some of the little rides didn’t even work 2 of 5 gators were the only ones working. The restrooms are filthy. The two stars are for the prices and the decent amount of pumpkins. Never again!

My family and I love the Pumpkin Factory. The staff is so nice and friendly! We plan a field trip each year and all the kids have a great time. The Pumpkin Factory never disappoints. We LOVE the ke home pumpkins and we feel the rides are very kid appropriate! Thank you Pumpkin Factory and staff for the fun memories!

The prices are outrageous, the parking is a nightmare, and make sure you have cash because there’s a $ 20 minimum for debit cards. The only redeeming quality is that the staff is nice, but other than that, it was a total waste of a trip.

The pumpkin factory was awesome! We went on a Wednesday morning with a mom’s group and paid $ 8. My nephew was able to go on a quad ride multiple times, play on jumpers as much as he wanted, ride a train, a dragon ride, and pet/​feed the animals. It was well worth the $ 8 I am usually against pumpkin patches but the pumpkin factory was awesome! Did I mention we got a free pumpkin!!!

Its a nice size pumpkin patch. Rides for the younger one it is pricey so bring plenty of cash. There is a petting zoo train ride bounce houses. Some snacks. I like it.

Great place lot of fun for kids lots and lots of pumpkins to choose from and not too expensive for the rides. I didn’t like the food it was pricey n nothing fancy. but everything else was cute. Totally recomend !!

4 stars?! Surprisingly yes. I’m going to be very honest with you. If you don’t purchase a Groupon, Amazon Local or have a Coupon from your paper/​magazine then please be ready to pay A Lot of money for pretty much nothing. If you have a child under 4, you can only get on a couple things and your best bet would simply be the petting zoo but that’s it. This place is good for 4 – 13 year olds at best. I brought 2 children and used a coupon from the paper that stated 2 zoo admissions and 6 tickets plus 1 ride ticket for free all for $ 12.00. We got there at 5:30pm and stayed till 7:30pm easily. Please note that I went on a weekday but there were still a good amount of ppl there. Going on a weekday makes parking easier, if you go on the weekend plan on parking very far away. We didn’t purchase food cause nothing looked available and we heard guests talking negatively about what they DID have out (churros). They have 4 or 5 bounce houses, 2 giant slides, 2 «rides» which btw sounded like they were going to break down every time it started up, a mini train, a place where 4+ can ride a mini tractor and a petting zoo. My kids went on 7 rides, both went inside the zoo (we took pics of them through the gate) and they both picked out mini pumpkins. All in all the trip costed $ 16.00. For two hours of fun & two kids that’s a pretty good deal! Please note there is an ATM machine as well if you need cash. When we left my kids said they had fun and I also used my coupon for better prices so I gave this place 4 stars. I left 1 star off because the food selection wasn’t good, the place is on the smaller side, the prices were SO HIGH if you went in just to purchase tickets, if you want your child to have an unlimited wristband it’s $ 25.00! it doesn’t include the bungee, ponies or Euro bubbles and if you wanna feed the animals it’s $ 3 for a small cup of food. They DO have free parking and free admission. If you want to buy a mini pumpkin it’s $ 3, for a small but adequate carving pumpkin is $ 6 and the bigger ones are up to $ 20. My family loves the Pumpkin Factory every year but you HAVE to come prepared or you’ll have a rotten time. Also, it’s true that the staff is mainly teenagers but they were all very nice to my children from the slides and trains to the bounce houses. In fact, they would come directly to me and say «Miss, your child’s time is up.» So if you want a couple hours to let your kids run free and need to take some pumpkin patch photos for your album this would be a good place to come.

This place sucks. Seriously, it’s just lame, no wonder it’s a ghost town every year. It sucks especially more if you have smaller kids who can’t do the bouncy houses yet. There is LITERALLY nothing to do unless you’re over 5 and under 14. And the smallest pumpkins are ridiculously expensive, 10 $! Are you serious? The only thing that was half worth it was the petting zoo, and even that sucked. Step up your game, seriously! I wouldn’t even give this place a star if I didn’t have to.

This is a great place to take the little ones! Prices are very fare especially for having a Disneyland staff. Took the family here last year and my 3 year old had a field day. They have a ton of rides, attractions, food, and pumpkins.
Seems like ever year their is something new. Found they’re website has a list of all the rides.

This spot is set up every year for this. We generally go to the one closest to our house, but since we were out here, we thought we would stop in for some holiday fun.
Turns out that there is A LOT of stuff to see and do here — there were lots of inflatables (bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses), two different kinds of «tractor» rides, pony rides, a petting zoo, and then a tent with carnival style games inside. There were LOTS of pumpkins to choose from and they actually had photo op areas set up in a couple of different places (VERY nice touch). Food was being sold and they had covered picinic benches set up, but no one was eating that I noticed.
I expected to be in here about an hour and I think it was over 2 hours that we spent there.
My only gripe about this place was the price — — it’s really $ 3 to go down the slide ONE time? And to try to «catch» an inflatable duck to win a prize at the carnival games was FOUR dollars??? …and four dollars to get into the petting zoo? PER PERSON — they wouldn’t let me go in with my pre-​schooler unless I paid for myself too (so EIGHT dollars to get two feet closer to the smelly animals??? REALLY!!! Side note: I was actually told by the girl at the gate of the petting zoo «Look, if you want to go in with her, you have to pay, too, otherwise, she goes in alone.»
Clearly, people were paying for everything (including us — — lol), but we would have stayed longer and maybe spent more if each ride /​event was so damn expensive. We bought $ 12 worth of tickets (and we kind of steered our daughter towards the cheaper attractions) just based on the principle of the whole thing more than anything else.

Yeah, this place is terrible. Besides the very true reviews already about it being silly expensive and ripoff, the workers are flat out rude. We went with our 2 and a half year old and of course had to let her get on at least one jumper. $ 1.25 per minute of fun is worth it for our little princess, I guess lol. But then the rude worker decided that she needed to yell at our daughter exactly when the 5 minutes was up. Not something like «ok sweetie, time is up» but she said «HEY YOU HAVE TO GET OUT», as if my 2.5 year old understands the concept. And of course it was against the rules for us to pass the «gate» line to call her out ourselves. Freaking joke of a place just trying to milk as many quick dollars out of people as possible during the pumpkin season. You are better off just going to walmart to buy your pumpkin… and sadly, you would get better service at even a walmart than this scam of a place.

this place is so commercialized, i’m offended it calls itself a pumpkin patch. er, maybe that’s why they chose the word *factory* instead. it’s a carnival tent set up in some parking lot off the 15 freeway (which, by the way, you can probably throw a stone and hit from there). we walked in and it was like a ghost town, too. only half the jump houses were up, the bungee thing wasn’t active, no one was at the face painting booth, the rides don’t open until 5p (who goes to a pumpkin patch farm that late?), and there may not be an entrance fee, but literally e-​v-​e-​r-​y-​t-​h-​i-​n-​g else costs money. we wanted to show my 9 month old baby the animals in the petting zoo and they said he was free, but each of us would be $ 4. seriously?! that’s so retarded. my baby’s «free» but unless he can go in there himself, i have to pay $ 4, and my husband can’t go in just to take pictures, he has to pay $ 4. we don’t want to pet the stupid animals (my BABY can’t even pet the animals), but nope, $ 4 each. the train ride around the perimeter costs $ 5… they sold crap like doritos at the snack stand. really? where’s the hot cider and fresh caramel apples? we were so disgusted, we bought my baby the smallest pumpkin size ($ 3) that we used to let him hold while we took pictures on the hay, and left. we’re buying our real pumpkins for the rest of our family elsewhere (at amy’s farm in chino, a REAL farm, where they’re not trying to razzle dazzle you with crap and have animals in their natural environment and pumpkins on their vines. look it up. it’s on Unilocal).
