We specialize in making dogs and cats look & smell great ! We are kind and gentle with the animals and take great pride in getting your pet groomed in a reasonable amount of time, and for a fair price. We also are very knowledgeable about pet nutrition, so come by for free samples and to pick our brains about your dog’s condition.

History

Established in 2005.

We started the end of 2005 after I had a bad experience at one of the big box places. I just got a Lab from the shelter and needed to wash her before I brought her home to meet my other dogs. I know they has a self wash that I could use really quick since I didn’t have a grooming appointment. They made it the most miserable experience that I swore I would never do that again. So I make a grooming appoinment in a couple weeks thinking it was me and that they were professionals and I should leave it up to them. My poor dog was left there for over 5 hours and they never got to her. Their bather didn’t show up and the groomer was too busy to get to her. No apology, nothing! I know there had to be a better way. I had used self wash placed by the beach, so I knew there were good ones out there. A little research and a lot of love for dogs and pets in general and I came up with Mutts on Main. My friend told me that was a stupid name and so we came up with The Paw Spa.

Took my little Marsha here because it was not only a Sunday, but also Valentine’s Day and they were the only place accepting same-​day appointments. Marsha thinks we made the right choice! She walked out of there with a pink bandana around her neck, feeling like the prettiest little pooch to ever walk the planet. She had a full groom. I’m picky about the length of her nails and the amount of work put into brushing her teeth, but they clipped her nails as short as possible and brushed her teeth extremely well. They also sell Taste Of The Wild (quality, grain-​free dog food) in-​store at a GREAT price! We’ll be back.

Donna and her staff are kind gentle with my dogs. They are efficient and do a great job. I have 2 golden retrievers and they leave paw spa looking fabulous. They also carry food treats and other products.

Easy appointment booking. Very friendly staff. Took details on grooming preferences. I wish they kept Chloe’s pony tail, instead of cutting it off, besides that The «babies» looked great! Cashew had his Mohawk dyed blue. They also have a nice selection of grain free dog food and treats. Larger selection of fresh dog food. Quick grooming service, with the option of a later pick up. I definitely recommend.

Love bringing my Boston Terrier here! The girls are always super sweet and they always remember my dog cause her unique coloring. It’s so convenient to have her bathed and nails trimmed all in less than an hour! Great customer service with Paw Spa will continue to bring her here monthly! Great local business!

Great experience! We are new to town and I read the Unilocal reviews of this and other Dog Groomers and decided to go the Paw Spa.
Everyone was so friendly and took great care of my little pup. They also educated me on his hot spots. It was really helpful.
I highly recommend these caring folks to groom your dog!

Oct. 2015 took my long haired cat Leonard in to have some of his fur shaved, he was getting matted & when I tried to brush him he acted like it hurt him. Donna & her staff are fantastic, they were gentle with him, and they did a great job. Thank You from Leonard & myself.

Updating since my last review !
We’ve now been coming here for almost a year and half and we’re loving it I couldn’t even imagine what I would do with out the paw spa. My baby Pixie has skin issues and allergies I have to leave a special shampoo for her here to be washed in when she comes to visit. The staff is so attentive to all her needs and are especially careful when grooming her, I have no problem saying just do what you think is best for her, She always looks great when I go to pick her up and she’s especially happy after getting pampered. I always get a phone call right when she is finished so I can go pick her right away. It’s a clean and friendly environment and fabulous staff! Thanks paw spa!!!

We came here about 7 months ago and spoke with a really kind sweet lady, I don’t remember her name I want to say it was Donna? She told us so much about why our bulldog has the smelliest farts and what we can do to change that
She recommended a certain food to us and explained that the grains cause her digestion to slow down which resulted in the overly smelly gas
So we tried it
And although she still farts
They are no longer smelly! Both of our dogs are now grain free pups and we were just so relieved that her smellyness is no more :) thank you for the time and tips and recommendations and the samples!
Oh ya the samples
She gave us 3 sample bags (1 of every flavor they had of that brand)
And told us to put a little of each out in front of her to let her choose her food so we weren’t wasting money and a bag she wouldn’t eat
The kindness and hospitality just completely won us over I love that in her shop she has so many healthy options of food and treats in her shop! And adorable treats too like «doggy popcorn «

After a horrible experience at petsmart I was recommended this place by my vet. It was really easy to set up an appointment and my dog looked great afterwards! My dog was deeply matted so I knew they had to shave her down. The groomer gave me excellent advice on avoiding mats in the future and were really friendly. This place was also the most affordable in dealing with dogs with matted fur. Can’t wait to come back in 4 – 6 weeks for either a bath or trim for my dog!

Took my 2 pups there today after being recommended by my brother for nail trims. The big one is very calm and doesn’t really care. But the small one is a monster when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. I have to say that Paw Spa made a stressful experience (for me) very easy to handle. Got the nails trimmed on both dogs in less than 10 mins. Paid $ 17 (one was trimmed and filed the other just trimmed) and I probably would pay double for the little one for the experience I received. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

I have been coming here since we moved to So. Corona 2009. I started out do the self serve doggie baths. They have a great set up!
I switched over to full service after a few SS sessions. Donna and her team do a great job! They love pets and it shows!
She recently remodeled the space and it looks great!!!
Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.

The Paw Spa (Donna) does an amazing job when grooming our little Yorkie girl Stella. We love the way she smells after getting her Blueberry facial.
Everytime we pick Stella up, she’s happy and looks like a «show stopper». The Paw Spa staff members are always very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend Paw Spa Grooming services.
One thing to keep in mind is, their pricing is rather steep. We pay $ 47.00 including $ 5.00 tip for a basic grooming for our Yorkie Stella, plus $ 10-​$ 15 more if her coat is matted… but I guess you get what you pay for.
We just recently started taking our 5 month old Boston Terrier pup (Nucky) to The Paw Spa and he comes out looking really sharp, as expected.
5 star service, but 4 star pricing.

when i first moved to Corona this was the first and only place I brought my dogs. The reason I continue to return even though iam 20 miles away is because they are clean, the people who handle my dogs are still there 3 years later. I took them to a place in Riverside and let’s just saw paw spa fixed the bad cut. Just brought my to Shih Tzu’s home and they look amazing. I have never been disappointed

Very happy with the grooming service, my maltipoo Magellan received today. He’s a bit of anxious dog and this was only his second time at a groomers, but he seemed to be in a great mood when I picked him up so I know they took great care of him! He looks so handsome and smells amazing and the pricing was fantastic we will definitely be going back to the Paw Spa!

The best self-​wash facility we have ever been too! We took our Bulldog Zeus for a wash. The entire staff was amazing. The owner and her husband were so kind and welcoming. They gave us great tips on nutrition and bulldog care. We learned so much from just a few moments here. I wish we lived closer so we could come more often!!! I would recommend them to anyone. They are fully stocked with premium dog brands. The owner explained how she takes pride in choosing healthy food brands. She knows so much about each individual product. What we loved the most what how interactive the staff was with us and the rest of the clients.

I’m not sure what’s going on at the paw spa. I’ve been going there for the past two years and feel as though their quality in service has decreased. My baby came back with a few red spots throughout her body. The ones that made me upset were the ones over her knees and behind her right eye. She was shaved too close and now has a scab by the eye. I understand I asked for the shave but safety of the animal comes first. I’m no expert with grooming, if it’s too short then use a different size clip. Her nails were cut but not smoothed out by the drill, which they usually do for you so your baby doesn’t scratch out your eyes! And powdering the ears… lay off the power… there was soooo much in both ears when I checked at home.
Dogs don’t complain but I have to say quality isn’t as it was before. My last visit wasn’t what it was either but I thought I’d try them again, perhaps it was a bad day last time. But two mediocre services in a row… I’ll be shopping elsewhere, especially when my bill was $ 80!!! Sorry paw spa… perhaps you’re getting tired of dog after dog???
