Wow! Just walked in to pick up a mobile order and out without a word from the staff! It’s not busy, tho the cashier was taking an order at the time. I’ve never been in a Starbucks where someone didn’t yell out a «good morning,» «hello» or a «thank you.» Thanks for the great start to the day, Starbucks staff on Cajalco/​15fwy! The coffee is good but 2 stars for the lousy service

Something about the So Cal… it’s either you’re friendly or you’re rude! But the people at the Corona location are super friendly and nice! Great customer service! They also make my drinks perfect!

Well, they have done it again. Raised their prices. For a venti caramel Frappuccino it was already up to $ 4.95 and now today it has gone up to $ 5.25. This, from a company that can hardly ever get the drink right in the first place. I was barely okay with the $ 4.95 but now I am definitely not going to pay $ 5.25 for a drink that is lucky to cost them a $ 1.25 and is mostly ice. What a disappointment. You would think that they would be more concerned with their training program if they expect people to pay such high prices. I am going to empty my gold card and sadly it is no more Starbucks for me. I can only hope that more people jump on this bandwagon so that they come to their senses on a proper price point

This location is no different then the other locations. Only exception is the foot traffic. Maybe because it’s HOT as heck outside or maybe because it’s located right in front of Edwards Theater. Today it was packed inside. There were no seats available and the line was all the way to the entrance.
They have a huge selection of their products and they got my iced «No Classic» (their sugar syrup) in my Passion Fruit tea :)right… so I walked out a happy camper…

When they are busy my drinks usually aren’t made well. One time it was so bad I asked the lady to remake it and she did, but she didn’t seem apologetic at all. If I can, I prefer to go to the Starbucks off Ontario and Main St.

Terrible service and terrible quality I’ve never liked a drink I’ve gotten here. The Filipino guy who made my drinks puts our culture and race to shame. It’s not that hard to Make a drink. I worked for Starbucks literally 2 months ago, it’s not that hard.

For the most part they make my drink accurately. They’ve messed it up a few times. Horrible customer service from the supposed manager, not sure what her problem is, just always seems in a bad mood and was rude to me. The other employees are fine though, no other complaints. Only 2 stars because I’m not a fan of the vibe at this store, and the «manager» is so rude it makes me not want to go in there. Maybe she was just having a bad day though… Every time I’ve ever encountered her? Lol Also their ice is weird sometimes.

I have to say this is an awesome location! It’s always clean, and the lines are never too long when I come in. I haven’t seen any bad or rude employees in any of my visits. If anything one of the nicest people there is a guy named Ricky. He’s polite and funny and has given awesome recommendations anytime he’s there. Super awesome customer service, quick efficient. Two thumbs up for sure!

It’s really hard to write this post right now because I absolutely adore Starbucks and this location. However today we went here to get my daughters favorite double chocolate chip frappé for her 10th birthday and never ever been treated to rudely — especially here in the crossings. My daughter was virtually ignored when asking a question in regards to a Valentine prop by Rickey. She asked if she could have a heart laid out for every one to play with and no price tag or shown, ask if she could have it, he shouted at her no, put it down. She was nearly in tears. Beware of Ricky and I will no longer visit here if he is working. So sad Starbucks is nasty mean to little girls on their birthdays!

Never had an issue at this Starbucks, but I do wish it was open 24 hours a day. That convenience would be nice when you get out of a late night movie at the theatre next door. Really the only time I hit this location is if I’m going to see a movie.

I would give you guys a 5 star but there is always that one employee with bad attitude…
I understand not everybody is a Medical Cannabis Smoker.
I, myself am a Cannabis Smoker just like 4⁄10 customers that show up to your drive thru and I could say I’m the most friendliest person/​costumer every.
And I order my items casual and as friendly as possible. But every time I pull up they give attitude and they hand me the items aggressively and rudely and letting me know they want me out of there in a rush.

This Starbucks is often busy due to location – being in an outdoor mall but baristas are always nice. They smile and never fails to greet you. Has good space; dining and bathroom are clean.
I’m quite particular with my order and they always make it as how I expected it to be. ;)

Your typical Starbucks — if you know what you want to order, they’ll make it for you. What makes this particular location stand out are how spacious this place is… I was surprised how roomy this Starbucks is, and if I lived in the area, I can see myself coming here more often.
Also, the baristas here are really nice and know their regulars.
