Starbucks

This location NEVER has everything I order. They are always out of something. Most baristas are friendly and welcoming but at least once a week I encounter a very unhappy one. This is my least favorite location.

I frequent this location about twice a week to conduct interviews. I also use the drive thru on occasion. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. There is always a longer than normal wait. Not because of long lines but because of inefficiency and a clear lack if management. While there is a line of people they will have 1 register open and someone cleaning and someone stocking. Isn’t serving customers more important? I recently waited 12 minutes after I ordered my latte because they had to fulfill called in orders first the trash is always overflowing. Staff (with a few exceptions) are not friendly. I am seldom offered my receipt which I need. The list of issues goes on. Poorly managed and maintained. Looking for a new location

Remembered they have a 24 hour window so when I get off work at midnight my go to. I have been lucky enough to have been served by Charlotte several times. The drinks were always great but the customer service by this employee is awesome. Many graveyard shift workers seem either tired from working 3 jobs or just unpleasant. Charlotte is always upbeat and friendly. This is what separates this drive through from the others.

This location never fails to disappoint me with the RUDE employees. I don’t think I have ever had good customer service and they always mess up my drinks. Wish it wasn’t the only location on my way to school.

Incredibly pissed, when you pay 5 bucks for a latte I expect the cup to be filled not ¾ of the way. I will find a new starbucks to go to daily.

This place either has the slowest service ever or the common customer that comes here orders like 15 drinks each because everytime I come here I order one drink and I get it literally in 15 to 20 min… If in drive through … Prob longer than that… if this place had the McDonald’s guideline… We would get free drinks all the time

Came in today no one even helped me Waited and waited then just went to drive thru and surprise my drink taste like crap. I’m done 5 dollars for a drink that has no coffee and only milk

Sat in their drive through for *28 minutes*…and this is a recurring issue. This isn’t a problem of being too busy either. There were 7 cars including mine to begin with, and 2 people inside.
The staff here are usually very friendly, and the drinks taste like every Starbucks, but my god is this place inexplicably and inexcusably slow on a regular basis. I was late for work, and my only excuse is that I wanted a coffee.

Really slow, Really really slow is how I feel about this store.
Some staffs are obviously not trained well before they put onto the front desk taking orders. I had to tell her my order three times! and still wrong!
wasted literally 10 minutes to get my drink right and there was only one customer in front of me bringing his own mugs to refill coffees. That took her a while to figure out too. Geez.
People working at drive thru seems much more efficient and I believe that will be my to go choices too next time.

Bad customer service! The manager needs to tell the employees that customers should not be ignored. I knocked on the door this morning wanting to ask if they’re open and the two employees were just staring at me and these other two customers like we didn’t exist! I will report to Starbucks corporation for poor customer service.

2 stars because 2 out 5 times my unsweetened ice tea gets sweetener in the drive-​thru. I’ve probably paid for at least 12 that I just had to throw away when I’ve realized they added sweetener. What does it take for a brother to want to lay off the sweetener.

I was so happy to find out that a Starbucks appeared minutes from my house saying I’m a Starbucks head is an understatement I really should buy stock considering i spend as much in a month like a car payment. I have a very specific drink that’s a mixed drink. For God sakes it has 2 different syrups in my ice drink why can’t this location get it right ever and stir it. Why would u think any customers want to sip syrup that is swimming at the bottom. Even when I order it and say STIRRED it’s still not. I always use drive-​thru and it’s a major FAIL all the time. I just don’t understand why it takes so long I frequent Starbucks in different locations bc I drive for my job but this location if I can give it a zero I would. U can be the only one at the drive-​thru and it will stop take 10 min to get a coffee. This place needs new mgmt or be shut down. People don’t waste your drive here.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. They have 6 employees working on a Sat night and I’m the only one waiting in line but yet it takes 10 minutes to place an order! They are out of Butterscotch which is the signature drink that they have advertised on every sign. So I ordered a Caramel Frappucino which tasted bland. The employees are so busy goofing off! They need a change of management here definitely! Your employees are running amuck on Sat night Starbucks! Time to get a hold of this crew! Restaurant is absolutely filthy!

The worst customer service in this locations drive thru! Today marks my second visit to this StarBucks and both times I was treated so poorly.
Employee Shaye took my order over the intercom, their speaker must be having issues because I was speaking very loud and clear and she was having issues making out what I was saying. I repeated myself several times so she can make out my order. As I approach the window I can already see the attitude in her behavior. Opens the window and doesn’t say one word as I hand over my card to her. As she’s making the drink I can see her slamming my cup around and throwing mixing cups around the counter with anger. She was trying to be very obvious that she was annoyed. I thanked her with a smile hoping I would get a positive reaction out of her but still nothing — not one word was said since I ordered.
Will not be returning to this location. Shaye you might want to start looking for a job outside of the customer service world because it’s not for you.

I was pretty happy about the fact that they finally decided to open Starbucks close to Green River Road Exit. Closest Starbucks next to my parents house is drive. It can be little hard to find despite the big ²⁴⁄₇ sign that one can see from the freeway. It shares a parking lot with Tacobell and two gas stations. To get into the complex one needs to be careful — one should avoid entering with a full speed left turn since there is a huge bump. The location is big and there is not much of a commotion during daytime in the weekdays. If I am working from home and staying at my parents house I usually go in there during daytime and I can get some work done in peace and quiet — it is quite the opposite during the morning rush though. They keep the place tidy and the staff is friendly.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Some of the baristas there are pretty great, but a majority that I’ve had to deal with aren’t the most pleasant of people, which is ironic because this is a service industry.
Tip: double check your drink AND lids after leaving the drive thru. On more than one instance had my drink been made wrong, and given a faulty lid.

Convenience is the key here.
Not only is this place right off the freeway, it’s also ²⁴⁄₇. That’s pretty legit. Now I’ve read it can get busy… well. everyone who is going between LA and IE has to understand that the 91 freeway is essential, and high traffic areas, of working class people who need Starbucks is pretty high! So expect to wait long hours.
I usually come here sunday night to do my physics homework. They have a large communcal table in the center that makes it easy to study with a group of 4 or more. I usually order an iced espresso, it comes out fast, it comes out quick. No one bothers us when we’ve been there for 4+ hours… and it’s never that busy.
All in all, its a great place for me, especially at those times. I wish we had a ²⁴⁄₇ Starbucks in the OC, or at least somewhere where I didn’t have to pay TOLL to reach.

We ended up here by chance because the drive thru at our usual Starbucks was packed! And we were on our way to Disneyland so we did not want to wait in a long ass line for coffee. So we decided to «wing it» and found this drive thru Starbucks. We were pleasantly surprised by this location. Would hit this one again if in the area in the future.

Closest Starbucks to home came through for me last weekend with the BOGO holiday drinks.
Super long line at the drive thru, but they moved along super fast.
Very good service, great coffee.
I had the new chestnut praline and am hooked, for sure my new favorite drink at Starbucks!
My husband had the crème brûlée, also good but the praline is where its at.
Not usually my favorite place to get coffee, but this location is great, open 24/​7, plenty of inside seating, all around great location, I will be back as long as the new flavors last, that good!
