100% hands down love this dentistry. The staff who work here are amazing. They remember you and help you out the best they can. They are accommodating and very sweet. They do a great job and get me in and out with the best experience and always making me feel my best.

Amazing caring service! From scheduling to actual treatments Dr. Cruz and her staff really understands putting the customer first. During my recent visit I was nervous and Dr. Cruz and her assistant stopped several times and asked if I was okay. They explain treatment options that I understand and recommend treatments that are crucial at the time. After 17 years of this type of service SmileNow is the only dentist I will ever use.

This place is awesome. Elmer has been making my mouth pieces for my last 7 fights and the have been awesome. So comfortable, and the stay in. He made some pretty cool designs for me to. :)

Had an awesome experience with SmileNOW and thought Id share it on Unilocal!Extremely professional and pleasant in nature, SmileNOW is a great Dental office. I actually had a custom mouthpiece made which was a little difficult. I didnt make it easy for them due to my gag reflex but they took the time and patiently worked with me. Everything turned out great so thank you again!

Love this dentist!!! Great with the whole family. My 9 year old daughter has had to have extensive work on her teeth, and they have done a great job every time. Thank You SmileNOW.
My 14 year old son has Braces and they do a Wonderful job at that also.

Service is accommodating and office is well maintained. I cannot speak any higher praise for Dr. Ethel Cruz. other than I had my best dentist experience I have ever had in my 27 years alive. Has great feel and hands for her trade — works quick but never in a rush — her attention to detail is very apparent from the use of her tools to her engagement and leadership with her team. Every time I visit, she looks like she genuinely enjoys her work and cares for her patients. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but «I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist.»

I hadn’t been to the dentist in YEARS, and finally went last year. I definitely needed work done as far as a deep cleaning, and I was super scared/​nervous, but they were great with me! It was all over before I knew it, and it was like I had new clean/​healthy teeth again (without needing any severe work done like I thought was going to be the case). No cavities here, surprisingly!
I also needed my wisdom teeth pulled out, and I was a total wreck when I came back for that appointment. Turns out I was freaking the heck out over nothing, lol. They were so patient with me & their entire staff is great at what they do!

I am a customer here for more than year. I was waiting for sometime to write a review. I can honestly say that the overall team there is the best.
I think they really understand what it takes to maintain the customer. They treat you well. All the staff members are very knowledgeable and polite.
And the most significant positive point is that they will not sell you any service. NO CHEATING or GREEDINESS. They will give you the estimate and work according to your budget. Very Very budget conscious which works great for customers.
If they give you appointment then they will ensure to have you in and start working within 30 mins. Hardly once or twice I have to wait more than one hour. Do not have to wait long.

Great experiences so far. Place is clean, the staff is very friendly, helpful, good with my kids (who are 9 & 11), & they take many different insurances. My kids like that they can watch a movie while getting work done, and there’s enough things in the waiting room to keep my younger one entertained (fish tank, waterfall, toys, tv).

Had a great experience here. Everyone was very nice and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They took the x-​rays and then went over everything with me. They didn’t try and upsell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Great experience.

Better put a note here to inform other people who are looking to see a good dentist.
I went to this dental office because of looking up excellent comments in Unilocal about this dental office. But here are my experiences going there for last 1 and half years.
— I am always on time on every visit, but I was put on wait for at least half hour to forty five minutes on almost every visit. Sometimes up to an hour.
— It is not always, but happens sometimes when the dentist is free up from someone who didn’t show up before my appointment, I received calls asking me if I can go earlier to fill up the gap. When I rushed up there, «sorry can you wait?» «We will play you a movie to watch.»
— Do you have any questions? But would not inform you what you should be aware of. I had one tooth pulled. The stuff like a cotton ball was placed at the wound to stop bleeding. I was very careful not to swallow the cotton ball. But it turns out the cotton ball is dissolvable, and I swallowed it. It was nice that the dentist comforted me on next visit, «don’t worry. It is dissolvable.»
— Wanna know which teeth and what to be treated beforehand? Why not just open the mouth, and you will know it right after the treatment.
— Insurance. Better know what you are charged to. But most likely, the front desk clerk would be frustrated if you ask. And it is very likely the front desk clerk would tell you that your insurance is no good, but they will help you. And by the end of year, if there is unused coverage in insurance, they will charge up the leftover to totally cover the «help». Better help yourself not to go there!

Got a deep cleaning from Veronica today, she was very friendly and thorough. I needed a deep cleaning which did a great job of spiffing up my teeth. They have a computer infront of the chair that allows you to watch one of many dvd’s they have pre loaded. I had them put on I am Legend, so I hear a crazy zombie movie reminding me getting my teeth owned with a mechancial device on a thursday night could be much worse haha. Funniest thing was her quote, «smell your floss,» for anyone who ever wonders why your breath stinks this is her answer.
They worked really well with my delta dental insurance hooking me up with a REALLY great price.
I highly reccomend SmileNOW in Corona, they have a nice clean facility with a beautiful salt water fish tank in the lobby.

I haven’t had any work done as of yet, but just the promptness and courtesy that I have received from this dental office deserves a shout out.
I have called many times and I have never been placed on hold let alone hung up on! I have spoken with Nicole many times (Yes, I am the one who calls what seems to be everyday with the same extraction questions).
I also emailed Dr. Cruz directly with my concerns and she responded ASAP… I didn’t expect her to respond at all. She answered my question and then some. This dental office was highly recommended by 1800-​Dentist.
And for those of you who go to the dentist expecting the RITZ CARLTON, do all the Unilocalers a favor and just go to the RITZ CARLTON. It’s a dental office, so far the reviews are just «oh it looks dumpy» «oh they left me on hold» how are these reviews helping? What about the actual dental work? Or the dentist?

SmileNow dental is a great office with wonderful doctors and a cheerful staff. I’m currently being treated by the orthodontist, Dr. Nguyen, who is very patient and takes the time to answer all of my questions.

I am a physician myself but usually weary of going to the dentist. I went last month for standard check up and cleaning. SmileNOW dentists are very profesional and through. They found a small cavity and erosions that my old dentist either did not catch or think was significant. I also had my teeth whitened for a great price. The office staff is very accomodating and attentive. They made me feel very comfortale. You can watch movies or tv shows while waiting to get work done in your dental chair:)
