Josh is meticulous, friendly, professional & prompt. He took the time to do a ‘walk through’ with me before getting started to go over areas of concern. In my case these were sunscreen baked into the leather, hard water spots on paint & glass, & dog chaos on the back seats.

Josh was great! We bought a car several months ago just to use to commute to and from work so I haven’t really bothered getting it clean. The previous owners had 3 kids and the car had shown its wear quite a bit. Josh transformed the interior. He was able to get all the stains out as well as caked on dirt from the previous owners. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, we have him scheduled to do my wife’s car in a couple weeks.

Josh and the Showroom Shine Mobile team did some amazing work on both of my two vehicles, a 2013 Nissan Rogue and 2010 Honda Crosstour. Both were in fair shape with the normal daily wear and tear, but now they both look like they rolled off the Showroom.

Recently I purchased a used car, Black pearl of course. And when it was clean, I could see scratches all over, on the doors, front fenders and especially the hood. Being that I’m really particular, these scratches bothered me every time I washed the car, so I contacted Josh Jiminez of Showroom Shine Mobile Detailing. Josh greeted me in a very professional manner, listened to my complaints about my car and assured me he could definitely improve the appearance, not to mention he came highly recommended.
When he arrived at my home, he appeared just as professional as he did over the phone. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable with automotive care and paint finish restoration. Thankfully my garage was available and my car had been in it all day, nice and cool. Josh immediately went to work on the deep clear coat scratches on the hood. Several times he and I stopped, examined the progress and then he continued. Nothing seemed too difficult or to phase him. He continued to carefully work at the scratches until they were almost completely gone. In the beginning I had spelled out my expectations and Josh was so polite and continually assured me that he would do his very best to exceed my expectations. HE DID !!! Wow ! My car looks awesome. The Black Pearl now has a deep wet look with such clarity that you can see the metallic flakes clearly.
I had convinced myself that a used car can only look so good. I was wrong. With Josh Jiminez’s skills, tools and knowledge my car looks better than a new one. His prices are very reasonable, his work is WELL worth what you’ll pay and your satisfaction is clearly one of his top goals. I almost felt bad he had to take up 4 hours to do my car! He worked extremely hard and my car was sparkling clean afterwards. Price was a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for!

I will definitely be calling on Josh again. He did an amazing job on our Town and Country minivan that was destroyed by our three children and dog. There were food smears, a bad smell, dog hair, dirt, grass, you name it. He estimated 4 hours but ended up spending FIVE HOURS scrubbing our car down. I think he would have kept going if I didn’t need to use it at that time. ;) In the end I was thrilled. I really don’t think it possibly could have been cleaner. He made the leather look like it had never been touched by children and the carpet looked like it had never been shed all over by a dog. I actually felt bad that he had to spend so much time on it! But he was pleasant and in no way seemed bothered, and he continued to wipe areas as I loaded up my kids. It was clear he wasn’t satisfied with anything less than perfect. I wish I could spring for a full detail more than once a year!
I promised Josh that I wouldn’t let my kids eat in the car anymore so next time it wouldn’t be so awful. So far I’m making good on that promise. I even put a blanket down for the dog. I feel like my mother is watching me now. LOL

Josh did such an amazing job on my car and my husband’s car, that we sent him to my mom’s house and he did her car, too! He is thorough and very honest. It was luxury quality without the luxury price tag.
I will never go back to the self service again! :)
