Go away! They bill me and bill me and won’t stop! I had to cancel a credit card because of them! No one is ever available and they LIE to your face! I don’t know how Melissa or Daniel or any of them are even employed! They are crooks! I have filed fraud charges against them. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else! They tell you to email them to cancel and the email gets returned! Try emailing them from the exact email on their sight and it gets returned! They need to be shut down! Horrible people!** update** a man name wade or Wayne called and is harassing me for payment and threatening me if I don’t pay he will send me to collections and refuses to cancel my account! I can’t believe these people are real! They did nothing they said they would I haven’t earned one job from their «service» I cancelled 3 months ago and I’m told unless I pay the last three months they will not cancel and will continue to bill me. That’s stealing! I already cancelled!!! They have been reported to the BBB anyone who works for them has no morals.

These people operate with zero integrity. They offer 100% satisfaction or you can cancel anytime. This is simply not true. Upon canceling, because after three months we had not gotten one customer from their «service,» we are being harassed for payment. They do not do what they say they are going to do. Extremely disappointed with this company.

This is the most unprofessional company I have delt with in my 28 years of doing business. They did nothing they said they would do but kept accessing my account for payments. They are unprofessional, decpeptive and never do what they say they will do. Do not do business with these people. They kept charging my account $ 189 but never did anything.

They introduced themselves as Showcase Media Productions. After dealing with them and reading the reviews below I understand why they changed their name. We signed up with this company in May to improve our Local listing on Google and, thanks to their recommendations, since then our listing completely disappeared from Google local.
I canceled 20 days later, but we were still charged $ 169 10 days after my cancellation e-​mail was sent and acknowledged. I spend enormous amount of time trying to get the money back, calling and e-​mailing last 30 days. Norma (office manager) would tell me that she processed a credit and I should see it anytime on our bank account. A week later, she said that she canceled it and now will mail us a check, and it never arrived. When I called her today, she was going to put a stop payment on the check (that most likely never existed) and will send another one. When I told her that we will stop by their office to pick up a check, she said that the owners will not be there to sign it until Wed of next week (which is a week away).
I am now in the process of disputing the charges through my bank (which I should’ve done long time ago). On top of that, I went to check the listing that they created for us on Google Local and they made mistakes in our e-​mail address, website address and category, which I find simply unbelievable!
The reason I am sharing this review is to let people know about our experience with this company and to warn them about the consequences of doing business with them. This has been the worst experience we ever had.

This company is the worst company to ever deal with. They are not professional and they treat their customers very poorly. They bully their customers and harrass businesses to get their way. They do not produce results unless you are constantly calling them and telling them to do what you have agreed to pay for. Also they apparently do not allow you to cancel your account as I tried to do this and I am now getting harrassing phone calls telling me I am not the business owner and I cannot cancel this account (I am one of 2 general partners).
